Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have being doing genealogy since 2009.
It is my wish that I have entered someone you are looking for. If I have entered any one related to you and they are not related to me - I will be happy to transfer. My goal is not to see how many memorial I can create, but to help you find your love ones . I don't mean to offend anybody, the memorials are made so love ones can find their relatives. If I have entered anything incorrectly, I will be glad to correct.

Any and all information or pictures, I have uploaded, are meant for sharing. Family memories were meant to be passed on. I just don't understand anyone that thinks different. I think if you don't want to share, than don't put them on a public site.

RE: Will E. Lesie
Gusceita Cude Medford is buried in Oaklawn Cemetery, Decatur, TX. We do not know about Hillary. I do know he living in California but his son was in Illinois and his wife, Juanita Leslie, had passed away several years ago. He was cremated. I have a 3rd cousin doing a lot of geneology work on this side of the family so maybe we can find out more information.

My father's sister, Gusceita Cude Medford is buried in Oaklawn Cemetery, Decatur, Wise County, TX. Her husband is Samuel Truman Medford. I had her name spelled wrong in my first message to you.
Thank you for your work on this.

Will E. Lesie
I have just started looking at this website and discovered errors in my dad's information. His name is Will Eddleman Leslie. His father was Hillary Leslie, born 6/24/1869, died 6/6/1946, mother - Siana Laurena (Rena) Benedict Leslie, born 10/10/1879, died 9/25/1967. The names listed as brothers are not kin to him. His siblings were Hubert Leslie, 1897 - 1987, Guscita Cude Medford, 1899 - 1987, Marguerite McLain 1904 -2000, Florine Holder, 1910 - 1997, Hillary A. Leslie, 1914 - ???? I do not have a year of death for Hillary. None of these are buried in Memphis.
His memorial # is 46776744
Thanks for your work.

I don't like to make an issue of names, but I'm not Brenda, if the message needs to go to a Branda, you wrote to the wrong reply? But I will assume that you meant the reply to go to me.

I agree with you, I'm not looking for pat's on the back either, but, I do appreciate your efforts on creating all the memorials you have. I know it takes time. I can't tell you how happy I am to get to manage Grandma's she was so precious to me, I didn't get to see her alot but when I did, it was wonderful times laced with lots of love.

I went to Burleson Cem at Luella in Grayson Co yesterday, and I will address those as I go but Wm Burleson who died in 1870 I didn't find. However, he was listed In the survey my Aunt and Grandmother did in 1982, he was with several other Burleson's at that time, I don't know what has happened to his marker but there was several broken stones throughout the cemeter, some had been cemented back together, not always successful.

Thank you Nan, I greatly appreciate the transfer. I found later I shouldn't have asked unless I was going to do "extensive" edits, I do plan on adding some pictures, I still like linking one son to them and may add some more info.

So, since I was a bad girl I looked at your grave photo requests and found three that I may be able to fill for you, hopefully this weekend. William Burleson, I have a great grand uncle and his family buried there. I feel my great great grandfather is there also but no real proof other than "feelings" that I got while there.
Also, will look for William Coats and Amanda Hill at Oakwood Cem in Denison, Tx. I was planning on going there this weekend even before I found your requests, so I will look for yours also.

My aunt and Grandmother surveyed the Burleson Cem in 1982 and they show your William so hopefully if no one has vandalized the cemetery it is still there.

Thank you again, for the transfer and for taking care of my grandparents until I could get here.

Nan, our virtual paths cross again. I just decided to look for my dad's grave in Las Vegas as I haven't been down there since he died, and really only want to go to check the headstone, which was placed after I was there after his death to arrange for the order. Thanks to you and the gentleman whose name I didn't note before going to this message. It's so nice to see that the VA stone is placed and it is lovely. Thanks for all you do.
