Daniel Champion
Champion family burial ground
Ken, I am seeing this graveyard is said to be at Cedar Springs. There is a community on the OTHER side of Jacksonville called Cedar Springs. Our Champions are NOT there in that area.

These folks are buried off the Rabbit Town Road heading east of White's Gap Baptist Church. It is on property that was owned by the AC Shelton family and may still be owned by them. Listee Snider Road may be the name of the road leading to the little graveyard. It is on a slight rise in a wooded area surrounded by pasture. When Allen Shelton III? first showed me this cemetery about 30 years ago, plus, there was only one really old tombstone and one more recent: Elizabeth Champion and John Wiley Champion. I placed others for Wm Champion, Nancy McAlpin Champion, Wm P Shell and his wife Melisaa Shell and Ol' Hepsey Champion, mother of John Wiley Champion.

Sarah Breeden Ramsey
I greatly appreciate you correcting my error. Breeden descendants had given me inaccurate information, but I should have noticed the dates.
