I was born in Memphis, TN, raised in Jackson, MS, and moved to Dallas in 1967.|
My father was Jesse Thomas White.
My mother was Clara Vanderberg White .
You are invited to visit their memorials to see their ancestors.
I am addicted to FindaGrave and genealogy research in general. I have had the good fortune to connect with a number of cousins through this website.
Most of my research is tracing family members in Mississippi.... Panola, Quitman, Calhoun, Yalobusha and Hinds Counties.
My Family Names: White, Vanderberg, Vanderburg, Potts, Jenkins and Hupperich.
My wife's family: Pitt, Sapp, and Newcomer's, mostly from Oklahoma, and Baldridge from Tennessee.
"I have never met a cemetery I did not like", and
"I can not go to a cemetery and take just one picture".
I am also a volunteer photo taker at Grove Hill and Oakland Cemeteries in Dallas.
If I have added one of your family members or family friends, let me know and I will transfer them to you.
A number of the pictures added and memorials created in the Memphis and North Mississippi area have been contributed by my cousin, Becky Vanderburg Abbott.
Any photograph I have added to any memorial may be used by the general public, without credit to me.

Thank you for the transfers. I will see if I can get them all sorted out. My Alexanders have rare DNA which only 5% of Alexanders have. Will let you know how it all works out. Really appreciate the transfers! Carole

I found a very close finally friend on here, Willie Lester Mcnatt. I noticed a Janice Mcnatt had created his profile. I'm not sure if she is still living or if there are any other relatives connected to either of them. I would greatly appreciate it.

Beautiful Tom! thank you so much! Needless to say, I don't now live in Dallas.

Tom, this woman is my mother. She died way too young at 31 when I was 6 years old.
She was indeed married to Jack Kennedy, although his name was Lloyd Collins Kennedy, known as Irish Jack Kennedy during his wrestling career.
You mentioned transferring this memorial to me, I have no idea what that means, but I'm ready to take it on.
I also photographed the headstone when I was there a couple years.
My father went on the marry another woman and created a large family. He's buried at Hillcrest(?) Dallas
|Cindy||William Michael Turner|
Thank You for letting me know about William Michael Turners headstone and what the cemetery records showed. I contacted the cemetery and the records are correct now. The person that is supposed to make sure the headstone is engraved hasnt contacted the cemetery yet so as soon as that person does, the cemetery will contact me and it will take about 2 weeks for the person who does the engraving to engrave Williams name on the marker. Thanks again

Hi, Tom. He was my father's step dad. I knew him as Uncle Thad. Yes, I'd like his, too. Thanks, Jenny!
