RE: Vesta Teel flowers
When researching my Teel line I discovered that Vesta Teel and Johnnie Teel Thurman were buried at Hopeful Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

My 2nd great grandmother, Martha "Mattie" Teel Gardner is also buried at Hopeful Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. She was the daughter of Thomas Teel and his second marriage to Sarah Hannigon (her first marriage was to John McKibbon).

A daughter, of John and Sarah Hannigon McKibbon married Emanuel Teal b. 1819 d. 1859 buried Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Fairburn, Fulton Co., GA. Emanuel's parents according to his Find A Grave memorial were George Washington Teal b. ca 1799 NC and Sarah Little.

My research showed that Brooksey B. Teel's father was John J. Teel and that his grandfather was Martin Teel b. ca 1821 NC. At the time I thought it might be possible that Martin was a son of either my Thomas Teel or George W. Teel. I have never been able to find proof of who Martin's parents were, and therefore could not connect him with my direct line.

Still, I feel that there must be some connection to my line, knowing that two of his daughters are buried in the same cemetery as my 2nd great grandmother.

Thanks so much for transferring Uncle Macks memorial to me. He was very special to me . We lost his wife just before Christmas 2014, that was heartbreaking as well. I appreciate so much, that you created the memorial for him. Barbara
