I have researched family records for about 40 years and have been in many Cemeteries and recorded a lot of family information with pictures. I have just begun to place them on Find a Grave and I hope to have all of them recorded some day. Some of the pictures that I have are tomestones that are already illegible from erosion and the only record of them are the ones that I have pictures of.

Can you tell me where this cemetery is? I live in Overton on the Rusk County side.If there is headstone there I can go take photos for you and add them.

Duke Family
I am researching my Duke line and not having a lot of luck. My Great Grandmother is Lola Duke-Rush. She married Jonathon Elias Rush. Her parents were William Matt/Minke Duke Jr and Mandy Hodge-Duke. William and Mandy are buried in Creagville Cemetery in unmarked graves. I am trying to locate if they had any other children and if so were they might be. Please advise.

Martha, I'm afraid I made a typing error when I created Jessie's memorial. His date of birth was 1905, not 1925. I looked at the Social Security Death Index to make sure.

I don't know anything about him except according to the 1940 census he was in Atoka Co, Ok at that time. I tried to find his obituary here locally, but didn't have any luck. Sorry I couldn't be of any help. I am sorry for my typo and any confusion it has caused anyone.

RE: Lamkin
Findagrave doesn't have a merge feature. The typical convention is that the first entry input is the remaining memorial and any subsequent memorials are deleted. Carol

RE: Magnum Cemetery, Newberry Co., SC
Hi Martha, Thank you for your kind words. I'm sorry I'm not close to Newberry or Laurens. The far western corner of Laurens connects with the far eastern corner of Anderson but Anderson is a very large county and because of this, I usually only do requests in Anderson County. I wish I could be of more help.

Happy Hunting

Thank you for claiming these memorials. I have no connections to them so I'm very glad to hear from you.
