Bio Photo The human stories and history that can be found in cemeteries have facinated my husband and I for years. We are happy to share this facination with the Find A Grave community. Please contact us if you have any additional information to add to our memorials. Also, please feel free to use our pictures to enhance your family histories. A credit would be nice but not a requirement.

WOW! Thank you for the url to that document. I can't really tell what the first COD was that's listed, but I do see cardio vascular and Renal disease. My grandfather always was under the understanding that he died of black lung disease.

It also shows that he died on 1-8-1940 and not 1-9-1940 as I had found on Ancestry. I appreciate your help.

Thanks we had sent in the request to delete. But since we did not create the memorial, we're waiting to see if it's updated.

RE: Nicholas Crump
Well I spoke too soon. I did find an obit for Wilhelmine Marie Elizabeth Crump who died in 1939 and was survived by sons Nick and Fred. It says her husband died in 1907. That may be wrong. She came to the US from Neimberg (sic) Germany at 18 and resided In California until 1898. She and husband then came to Arizona. The son Nicholas John died Mar 23 1970 at the age of 80 and is buried in Greenwood. He was a native of Los Angeles and came to AZ in 1897 his obit says. Brother Fred still living in Long Beach.

Where is Nicholas the son buried in Greenwood?

RE: Nicholas Crump
I did find an obit in the AZ Republic stating that the N Crump we have in Rosedale is Nicholas. However it does not say if he was married and gave nor further information. We will need to do some more research, but you may be correct. We will get back with you soon.

Grover Cleveland May
This is my Great Grandfather. Have never seen his grave before, nor did I ever know him. Is great to see him listed at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=145017551

You have him listed as a vegetable salesman, but his son, my grandfather always told me he was a coal miner, and he died of black lung disease. May I ask where you received information on him?

Feel free to write me at Cheryldecicco1@yahoo.com

Thank you!
