I love working on my family tree. is one of the primary sources that I use when I am just starting on a family group so that I can locate birth and death dates. I have found a wealth of knowledge on some memorials with the family links. Since my husband Riley and I are often on the road on weekends, we try to include cemetery stops to fulfill photo requests as often as possible. It is a good way to give back to the genealogy community. We also like to try to photograph any cemetery that does not seem to have many photos so that the memorials are more complete.

Price headstone
Thank you so much for taking the picture of my husbands headstone. Before he passed away he asked me never to return to the cemetery after his funeral. He told me that only his body would be there, his soul would be in heaven. I have honored his request and never returned. I wanted to thank you for the photo of his headstone, His sons and I did not put one up as he requested that there not be one. The rest of his family, brothers, sisters, mother, must have put that up for their own way of grieving. It never mattered to them what he wanted. I nor my sons have heard from any of them in 8 yrs. Since the day of his funeral. They blamed me for his passing. I took care of him for the 18 months he was confined to bed. They never called or came up to see him. If he wanted to talk to them, I had to dial the phone and hold it while he talked. It was always about how bad of a person I was. I never left his side for 27 yrs. I am still committed to him 8 yrs later. Sorry to send this through your message service, but at least now I can see what his grave looks like. Thank you so much.

She was the sister-in-law of my great-grand aunt. May I use her gravestone photo in my Family Tree? I will gladly give you credit. Thank you, Terry
