I have been interested in genealogy a long time. I remember going on vacations and looking in phone books for people with my last name. I think that it is good to know where you come from to help you know where you are going. I have always found cemeteries to be interesting and informative. I am willing to take photos of cemeteries throughout central and south Texas. My wife is a descendent of the original Castro colony settlers. She comes with me sometimes to locate grave requests. She has better eyes. I take the photos. I really enjoy helping people find their relatives gravestones. If you would like me to take down a memorial or make a correction I will do so. I put up memorials for people so people can "visit" their loved ones online if they wish.
Surnames I am researching are Dorrycott, Caffrey, Yaw, Boothe, Jewell, Robuck, Carter, Caffey. Haass, Whigham, Carpenter, Wood, Williamson, Worsham, Simpson. If you can help I would appreciate it. Thank you for all your help.
As for the photos I take, if it is from a request completed for you consider it yours. If you have any questions about whether you can use it just ask and I will grant permission.

Thanks to you!
Tim and Gail,
Thanks so much for the great pictures of the Proffitts' marker. You've done something for me that it's so hard to do from over a thousand miles away. Bless you both for all your hard work. Thanks again.
