|Mother and Brother ||RE: not including jefferson county for members in mobile|
I am not sure which family member you posted about but you said you ruled out jefferson county as where they came from. My great great grandaddy was from jefferson county and went to mobile and florida during the civil war

My great great grand father served and signed up at East Lake in Jefferson County, they were shipped straight to Mobile, then Florida. I found the records online. Just wanted to let you know at that time they traveled to wherever friends of theirs were joining up so they would be in the same unit.

Yes, you found them!! Angelena is indeed my grandmother! And I visited in Alfred and Clara's home when I was in college, but had lost track. Also remember meeting Albert & Giovanna...I remember she used to have a hair salon. This has been probably 30 years. I will update my records and I thank you very much for the help!

|AGerber||RE: Cecelia Napolillo|
Hello Mr. Otto...
I suppose what I am actually trying to find, is some record of my grandmother's parents. Orally, I had been told years ago that their names were Napolillo. I *thought* it was said that great grandmother's name was Cecilia...but perhaps my memory is not correct and it was some other name beginning with a "C." My mother's Italian relatives all settled in the Little Italy section of Baltimore.
It is possible that my information is not correct. I do have (somewhere, I've been looking for it) a photograph of my grandmother, Angela's family...her mother (Cecilia?) holding her as a baby and the other children gathered around. I will try to find it and send it to you.
Thank you for your reply.

I see you have listed Cecilia Napolillo as your great-grandmother. I believe that she is mine, as well, but I do not see her youngest children listed. Do you know anything about them? Would she have had a daughter named Angela? I am pretty sure I have the right lady, but any info you can provide will be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for letting me know of the duplicates in the 2 cemeteries known as Lebanon, one in Pavo and one in Quitman. Robert Strickland will go over after Christmas and let me know which one they should be in.
Have a Merry Christmas.
