I just love genealogy. I got hooked several years ago. I just love walking cemeteries. Many old stones are gorgeous. I just love a good mystery to solve. Many time answers are just awaiting me. I just have to keep my eyes open. |
I add other stones that I see in my treks in hope of helping others. If I have added one of your family, I'd be happy to transfer "management" of the memorial to you. Just let me know. Please use the edit tab on the memorial to do so. That way, I can make sure that I am transferring the correct monument. If you notice any errors, please let me know via the edit tab and I will make the corrections. Thanks. Please be patient with me about the edits that are sent automatically. I do try to keep up with them. Sometimes I do forget to check.
I lived in Green Township, a Cincinnati suburb for many years. I walked many of the cemeteries in Hamilton County, Ohio and Campbell & Kenton Counties in Kentucky. I currently live in Whitefish, Montana.
I walk cemeteries in Flathead County now.

|MKlump||RE: Klump family|
I got stuck on a Klump from Dushore, PA. George Peter Klump. All of them on my husband's side are all in PA. No other states that I have found thus far and I think perhaps there were some adoptions :(

I am doing good, waiting for nice cool weather to come. Autumn is my favorite season of the year.
It is a small world. Bob and his sister and their half brother is a distant cousin of my line. Their father Bernard's great grandmother (Elizabeth Chalk Sacksteder-Bezold) is my 4 times great aunt.
Also, I want to say thank you for the quick response on edits that I have been sending. I am try to link up all of the family members and extended members to my 4 times great grandparents (Frances and Annie Driewe Chalk.) You have a good time on your road trip.

|Trisha Gilroy-Bomar||St Stephens Cemetery|
Hi Carol S.
I have a old page from St. Stephen Cemetery. It has 18 people on it buried from Oct. 1896-June 1897. I wanted to add them to Find A Grave. I see you have already added some and also taken photos. I got this page from the Superintendent Wayne Smith. My great great grandma Alpha Gilroy aka, Alpha Guilroy, buried Apr 2 1897 is on this paper/list.
I would like to get a copy of this to you. Perhaps you could find my Alpha Gilroy?
Thanks for the pictures. As usual they are excellent.

I do so very much appreciate your sincere kindness and diligent efforts to help me in my family tree research. Also, not at all ignoring your wonderful and helpful messages; but was recently attacked by a 175+ lb. bull mastiff and received about 40 stitches to the face. Will be in touch after this starts to heal. Thank You for your understanding. To a very nice, kind, and helpful woman, Sincerely, P.W. Rupp
Thank you for the photo, much appreciated.
