YOUR GRAVESTONE STANDS AMONG THE REST,
FORGOTTEN AND FORLORN.
YOUR NAME AND DATE ARE CHISELED OUT,
ON SLATE OR OLD LIMESTONE,
IT REACHES OUT TO ALL WHO CARE,
IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO MOURN.
YOU DID NOT KNOW THAT I EXIST,
YOU DIED AND I WAS BORN.
YET, EACH OF US ARE CELLS OF YOU,
OF FLESH AND BLOOD AND BONE
OUR HEART CONTRACTS AND BEATS A PULSE,
ENTIRELY NOT OUR OWN.
DEAR ANCESTOR, THE PLACE YOU FILLED,
SO MANY YEARS AGO,
SPREAD OUT AMONG THE ONES YOU LEFT,
WHO WOULD HAVE LOVED YOU SO.
I KNOW THAT YOU LIVED AND LOVED,
BUT, I WONDER IF YOU KNEW,
SOMEDAY I WOULD FIND THIS SPOT,
AND COME TO VISIT YOU.

|Amy Everett||Memorial Transfer|
I went ahead and added Robert Martin's parents to the memorial and transferred it to you. If you have any more family members whose memorials I am managing, just let me know and I would be happy to transfer them to you as well.
|Dave & Pam Jindrich||Fredricke Wilhelmina "Minnie" Buchholz|
I'm assuming that you are from the Henry County, MO, area because of a Bucholz Memorial you created. I looking for an internment for the above from the Clinton, MO, area after 1900; however, before 1910. In 1900, Fredricke was reside with her son, William and family, in Clinton, Henry, MO. If you have any genealogy connections in Henry Co; perhaps, you could answer my question of where Fredricke is interred? Thank you, Dave Jindrich
|Kathy (St. John) Millsap||Our Friend Seth.......|
I'm so happy with the nice memorial you added for Seth !! It helps for all of us to know him better.
I too lived in Sedalia area & knew his parents from our farming days.Thank you for remembering Seth. He was a nice man & gone way too soon. We'll all remember him fondly.
I really appreciate your thoughtfulness in making permanent transfers of this family. I have filled in the dates and links but have more information to add, so it is helpful to be able to add as I confirm my notes. Thank you.
|LaDon Brennan||Elliott family|
I am workig on he Elliott family - many are in New Bethel Cem, most entered by you. I'll be sending along about a dozen SACs, I hope that is OK. If ou prefer, transfer them to me, I'll add full dates, bios and links, and transfer them back to you, within a day or so - promise. When I transfer back, only your name will appear as memorial manager.

Hi! I sent you an edit back on Nov 19th for this man and I am wondering if you got it? You have him being born and dying in 2009 and he actually was born in 1920. Thanks!

|Bonnie Morris Conrad||Wehmeyer and Morris|
We must have a connection to both names. Do you know the name Clarence Leon Wehmeyer or Dottie Kelly? They are related to my Morris side also.
I went to Smith- Cotton (Class of 1960) also and noticed you input Robert Parkhurst's memorial. That reminded me I took pictures of David's and DeeAnns graves to input and had not done it since last year when I was home for Memorial Day so I posted them. David was a good friend of mine when we were in High-School. He was a good kid and rather quiet. Thanks for posting Robert's I connected them to Robert. I have been a genealogist for over 35 years. I love it. You will never get bored when you get old. LOL
