Retired mechanical engineer with an interest in genealogy since 1976, and a home computer since 1986.|
My sister first got me interested in our family history when she copied some old photos and sent them out to the family as part of her "'76 Bicentennial celebration". Now she's a member of the D.A.R., and we're both still working on discovering more of our family history.
Beaver, Bower, Curran, Darlington, Dugger, Loy, Lupfer, McClure, Monasmith, Pflanz, Pollard and Schlott.
I'm currently working on the families of Perry County, Pennsylvania. I have registered several hundred graves there who are not related to my families, and I would be happy to transfer to a relative.
I'm also working on memorials for the alumni of Frankfurt American High School, and for the Class of 1961 of Wichita High School North. Old friends are not forgotten.

I appreciate your truly outstanding efforts in researching, locating, and establishing memorials for our family. And of course your invitation to become contributors within the fun, easy-to-use, and free Findagrave website.
Findagrave has been tremendously helpful in our family research. I use the site almost daily and depend on it.

Hello there! I wasn't sure if I had responded to your thanks you note. I do the paper work, but Mark Brobst deserves the credit for the excellent photos. He got me back into actively searching thru the records, after many years of watching other family members do the heavy lifting!
It was the sense of adventure that FINDaGrave brings to those who can turn it into a treasure hunt! Now I have become an active crusader, to open up this world of Find & SEEK, to the young people in this region, as well as my siblings' numerous offspring, who saw genealogy as something that grandma did indoors. Besides, I have fun doing the research!

Thank you very much for those kind words. I had a lot of fun searching the area but I believe I have exhausted my search for any new ones. I may go back for one last look before winter sets in. Thanks for all your assistance and guidance.
