Bio and Links
Bio Photo Born and raised in Northern Ohio. I got hooked on genealogy as a child listening to my Grandma tell stories about her family and my Grandpa's family. I started putting it all in a notebook as soon as I could write. That was over 50 years old now. Boy time can fly when you are having fun.

I am very involved with the National Blue Family Association and the Oregon Jerusalem Historical Society.
I love taking walks in Old Cemeteries and taking pictures of interesting graves.

Please NOTE: I am not related to all the people that I have added or maintain at this website. I will try to help anyone that I can with information I may have relating to any of the memorials that I have added to this website.
IMPORTANT: I am happy to transfer memorials that I have listed to users if you have a family relationship closer than I have with the deceased. I am generally very accommodating and will bend over backwards to help you find your relative(s).
My personal guidelines in transferring memorials:
1) If you want a memorial transferred to you, please let me know in your first message to me. If you are related in anyway.. Just let me know. If you have a closer relationship than I do, I will be very happy to transfer the memorial.

I am more than happy to add information if you send it through the EDIT tab. Feel free to add family photos if you have them.

2) PLEASE DO NOT place information in a virtual flower! The chances of me seeing it, is slim to none. Use the EDIT tab and then use the "Suggest a Correction" link and do it there.

3) If you send me information for a memorial. I will check your information with the tools I have available to me. If you send me information Please tell me where you got it from. PLEASE - Do not send me any documents to me unless I request them.

From time from time will add memorials from resent obituaries. Please do not get upset. I will happily delete my memorial so that you may enter your own for your loved one. Just contact me.

Any pictures I have added may be used freely. But please do give me credit for taking them or adding the FAG. Thanks and I will try to do the same for those I use you have posted.
Happy Hunting
My families of interest:
Bitter - Blue - Devol - Lambert - Loebrich - Lambert -Lucas and their many branches.

You'll have to provide more information. I do not know what you are talking about. I submit 100s of edits each day.

RE: Olive Hyde Chapman
I believe that Levi Chapman (husband of Aurelia Ann Curtis Chapman) may be a missing brother of my direct ancestor. I'm researching other Chapmans in Trumbull county to be sure that he's not related to them, and it appears that he is not.

Edith Loebrich
Hello again Sarah,
I'm sorry I didn't answer your question. I do not have a copy of her obituary. The information posted is from the Saginaw Public Library Obituary Index. You can use that reference to request her obituary from the Saginaw News, but I do not have it.
Best wishes!

RE: Loebrich's in Saginaw, Michigan
I found 3 other Loebrich's in Saginaw also that had not been entered in Find A Grave. There was an Anna and 2 William's. You can check my bio page and if they are related I'll transfer them to you also.
Just let me know...

Well, my face is RED very RED!

Your flower was on his wife's not Lyman's. And she's a very distant relative. Jessie J Cowles.

I'm ashamed of myself. Should I go stand in the corner? LOL

It's still HIS siblings, 'tho. Now if we can just the memorial creator to do the correct thing...EDIT.

You have a "flower" with linking information. Would you please be assured that I have already asked for that editing and more.

He had 5 siblings that I cannot currently locate, but may you can. They are Curtis, Sarah, Deborah L, William & Priscella. I got Hickman.

Would you please remove the "flower from Lyman L?
Of course, you can add a flower just not that info one.

I, too have tried that flower idea after over a year on any given memorial it never got done. It didn't work! There ought to be a rule about uncaring or whatever "gravers" who won't take care of the edits on at least a monthly basis...a yearly basis! LOL

RE: Jess J Isaacs
I understand. I always base it on "At the time this person died, the family was ________"

RE: Jess J Isaacs
No problem, the obituary is readily available online so that information is not private by any means.

Stephen Rideout #122734831
Sarah, I have added a headstone photo for Stephen and noticed that the inscribed date of death conflicts with the dates of the memorial. I would have used the Edit feature to notify you, but it gives one no opportunity to explain why. Unless you looked at the marker inscription, there is no reason to believe the edit. I have not found any other record of the death of Stephen, so I have to believe the inscription. On the same stone is the inscription for wife Maria. I have also posted that picture, although the lighting was not very crisp that day. Stephen would be my 3rd Great Grand Uncle. Bill
