I have been working on genealogy since about 1958, when I was working on a boy scout merit badge, and got hooked. My wife and I started recording cemetery data in 1975 in Franklin County, MO, and I have photographed a lot of the headstones. My data on Franklin County is limited to cemetery research. I am a member of the research team at Historic Florissant, Inc., doing genealogy-cemetery research in Florissant, namely St. Ferdinand Cemetery, of which I am currently photographing and doing research. I would be glad to share any data that I have with you or help you with your research in the Florissant MO area.
If anyone should find errors on any of my info, please let me know, so it can be corrected. If I have a memorial of someone related to you, I would be glad to transfer them to you.

A note concerning FLOWERS:
Do not post biographical info, military service records, census data etc. as a flower. This is a violation of the Find-A-Grave guidelines. Use the EDIT tab to provide the info, and I will update the memorial or transfer it to you.

Did you have my permission to remove his picture from this memorial. I don't think so and I would like you to get the marker off and his picture back on. Thank you very much. This happens to be my grandfather. You could of left the picture on and put the tombstone in a smaller area. It is the only picture I have of him when he was young. Or did someone else request that you take it off?

RE: 4 Mahaffey infants
Thanks Andrew! That info helps my understanding of the situation. The babies are buried near Josie in the graveyard, and I couldn't understand if they were Mahaffey children, why they were placed where they were. Maybe someday I'll actually see the church records for myself and clear up any confusion for good! Thanks again, AWESOME DAY!

4 Mahaffey infants
Hi Andrew, I'm curious as to how you connected the four Manion infants to Lucille and James Mahaffey. I thought these babies were Lucille's mother's. (Josephine Thurmond Manion). Jose's obituary states that she had 11 children, 5 of whom died before her death in 1929. I had Rassa Ethmer (1893), Myrteen (1896), Charlie (1897), Infant (1899), and Infant (1901). Do you have documentation stating all but Rassa as Mahaffey's? Thanks, Shealene

Hello. Was there an Alice "(Luckel)" Ramspott buried near F H Ramspott? If so, can you add a memorial for her? They are the parents of Marion "Ramspott" Little. I have sent an edit. Thank you, again.
