Sorry for all the changes, I was using my ipad. Not as easy as the PC.

I am not related to Tom Murrell. I found him as I was searching for Murrells that went to Tennessee from North Carolina. It stated on his death certificate that he had no doctor and cause of death (a cold) was given by Mrs. E C Freeman. His other information was given by Tom Rhodes. What a great thing to restore the cemetery. I will look out for others as I search Giles Co. I am going to transfer him to you so he, with the others, will be in your care.
|Leigh Tims||Virginia Lee Topp|
I am Leigh Ann Tims. My father was Robert Topp Tims (deceased June 2009) the son of Virginia Lee Topp. I just posted a young pic of her on the site with a note. Are you related to us? We never knew my dad's side of the family well at all but heard of them through VLT - Grandmother Gin. I hope you get this message. Anyone else having info please respond. We (my brothers and I) are from VA. Both our parents (mom was Elena May Curtis Tims) were from Mississippi - Mom from Biloxi and Dad from Gulfport. Thanks all!

HI, I live a few miles from the Elm Ridge Cemetery , the GV Masonic Cemetery is a section at the Elm Ridge. There is also a Masonic Cemetery at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Nevada City also in Nevada County just a few miles away. I looked online at the names listed at both and didn't see Thomas Topp listed, but that does't mean he isn't there. I'd be happy to stop by and look for him, and take pics if I'm lucky .

Thanks for the additional information and links. It has all been added.
|Andrew||George & Bessie Dukes|
Bruce, the cemetery states that they are buried together, but only George has a stone. I have been there twice (got chased by rain today) and could not find the stone. I will go back on Saturday, when weekend help is there and I can look at the records. Will let you know what I find. Andrew

|Gennaphyr||RE: Thank you for the photos|
Ok they are all yours! It's too bad the stone is coming off the base. This is a very old section of the cemetery.
|Gennaphyr||RE: Claiborne graves in Mount Hope|
I've posted the photos. There are no dates on the stone. If you have the dates and any other information about the Claiborne's I'll be happy to add it to the memorial. Also, let me know if you would like them tranferred to you.
