I am currently researching every memorial I have to find any information that can make the memorial more valuable to others. I am going in order of the Trigg County Cemetery book for Trigg County.
Current Cemetery in progress: East End, Trigg County, Ky. As of 05/26/2015, I am just finishing the Hs in East End. This cemetery is a lot of work!
If you find a duplication, it is not intentional. It will be from a cemetery that I've not researched yet. I will get to it...promise!!

This research is a long on-going process. I enjoy researching my family and learning about others that I never got to know. I am only here to find my family, but spend countless hours helping others -IT IS WHAT I ENJOY DOING. If you've not stepped foot in Christian County or Trigg County, then don't assume that you know more about a cemetery. _______________________________________________
Family names: Stewart, Turner, Goodwin, Haydon, Larkins, Atwood, Wells, Boren from the Christian County/Trigg County, KY Area. From Smith County, TN the Murray/Gibbs Family. The Murray line has led me to the Gross, Madden, Hewitt, Ferguson, Blossom, Roe and so many more names.
I am from Christian County, Kentucky. I lived in Cerulean, Gracey, and Hopkinsville my entire life until 16 years ago when I moved to Tennessee. So everyone understands my memorials I enter...I am not a NUMBERS kind of member. I am a GENEALOGY kind of member. I don't like people who are rude and numbers people. It's about OUR family history being done correct. I maintain the majority of the memorials in Robertson-Hite Cemetery in Trigg County, Ky. Kathleen Boyd transferred them all to me after I requested the Larkins to be transferred. She maintains a lot of memorials as she has taken on her husband's since he went home to be with the Lord. I will honor and maintain each memorial with the highest respect. _______________________________________________
When I go to a cemetery that has my family members in it, I enjoy taking pictures of the entire cemetery (time permitting). I do not have any issues with anyone taking and using my pictures of the headstones that are in your family tree. However, if I have added pics of a person, please ask before you use them. If anyone has information on any memorial that I have added, please send me a note thru the edit link on the memorial. I will be happy to update/link family members. It's about our history.....keeping everyone together for our future generations to have. _________________________________________________Happy Graving! I never thought I would enjoy something so much! Be blessed folks!

Brandy, thanks for the message. I did not take the word "removed" as anything but what is in genealogy; Thank you for thinking of my feelings. By the way, I have noticed your name a lot as I work on my family tree. I appreciate all the work that you do; Find A Grave is important in a lot of ways(helps keep some of these old country graves from being dozed or plowed under!). Patty Frey

Brandy, I did read your memorial flower message for Bobby Guthrie-it was so very nice. For some reason I awoke this morning at two o`clock thinking about he and his father. They were our neighbors for years. My grand parents knew the Guthrie family for years before I came along. I thought you might like to know a little about this cousin "removed". Read my message to him. Patty Frey

Just wanted to follow-up to see if you were able to determine how you decided which cemetery they are buried in. Thanks.

|Anne Vaughan||RE: Manie Welker|
Birth: Apr. 14, 1933
Death: Nov. 10, 2008 [Edit Dates]
Bettie Lois Welker Vaughan, was born on April 14, 1933 in Lyon County, Kentucky. While married to James Robert Vaughan (June 2, 1951) she had 13 children. She passed away on November 10, 2008 in Republic, MO. When cremated, her ashes were interned with Jayne Catherine Vaughan's in the same crept. Jayne is buried at Manie's feet. As her name was on the gravestone of her mother's, Manie Lee Welker, her vital information was added onto the bottom of this gravestone. The spelling of Bettye is wrong. Her birth certificate listed the spelling to be Bettie.
Hope this helps.

884 for Ozell Wilson, female infant
953 for Thelma Wilson, female infant
Both of these would have been grand aunts of mine had they survived infancy. The death certs do, in fact, as you stated on their memorial pages indicate that they were both buried in Wadlington Graveyard at the time of their deaths.
You indicated on both of their memorial pages that they have no stones and their burials in Wadlington are only indicated on the death certs. My question to you is: How did you determine which Wadlington graveyard they were in when there are six with that name? Do you know who manages this particular graveyard so that I could contact them regarding the actual plot location?
I will be traveling to KY with my family the 1st wknd in June to photograph various gravesites that I haven't been able to obtain photos on and would like to do the same with these two burials as well.
Any help is much appreciated!

I am a descendant of the Ballentines of Trig and Lyon Counties and see that you added names into the Ballentine Cemetery in Trigg County. I travelled to Cadiz in '08 to research my family and met w/some awesome people in the library there. Anyhow, I would like to know more about the folks buried in the cemetery there. Do you know how Miles Ballentine came to be buried in the cemetery since he has no stone? I would also like to know if there may be more there w/out stones, like Willis B Ballentine, Elizabeth Burnham Ballentine, Eleaner Bounds Ballentine, Elvira Ballentine Langsdon, Mary Hughey Ballentine, or Wilson Ballentine? I know they were born, bred and died in Trigg and Lyon Counties, but am unable to find a single one of them. I appreciate any help you may have to offer. Thank you for your time.
Warm Regards, Russ

Could you please give instructions to drive to the 3 Goodwin cemeteries you spoke of in Cerulean Springs or Cadiz?
