Retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer with over 29 years of service. I am also the wife of a retired US Army soldier and the mother of a soldier who was injured in Iraq from an IED but was able to complete his tour of duty! SUPPORT THE TROOPS!!!!
If I have a relative of yours I will be more than happy to transfer to you (no matter the Findagrave 'rules' like some people do) unless 1. I have done extensive research; 2. I find that I have previously transferred someone to you and you have not added any information to the transferred memorial which means you do not care to research; 3. The individual is the relative of a person whose family tree I work on, and I have 3 additional friends' trees; or 4. The individual is related to me. Otherwise, all you need do is ask:)
DUE TO ANCESTRY.COM CHANGING FLOWERS ON MEMORIALS WITHOUT SUGGESTION OR WARNING-NO INFORMATION, I REPEAT NO INFORMATION, OR PICTURES I HAVE ADDED TO ANY MEMORIAL CAN BE USED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Findagrave's OWN rules state this is copyrighted to the person who has added it.
For those making suggestions, please research and provide the researched information for me to update. Additionally; 1: If someone has a duplicate memorial, courtesy is to ask that individual to delete it FIRST before asking Findagrave to get involved, and 2. When you receive an edit request please DO NOT update the information you received and then decline the edit you received - that is just NOT cool!
HEADSTONE PHOTO VOLUNTEERS-If you volunteer and post headstone photos, please take a photo of the COMPLETE marker. I find more and more some individuals crop the bottom of the markers off - especially on military grave sites, which does an injustice to our veterans and the photos were supposedly taken by ex-military individual(s). You took the time to take the photo, then PLEASE take the time to crop correctly.
Since my bio was somehow screwed up (and NOT by me), I can't remember all that I had added and I will leave it as is. I hope the mess up was not the work of a contributor who has access to our profiles. I work hard on Findagrave and have sponsored quite a few memorials. Please be a contributor and not just a person who adds names. It's great to see people who provide research.

Thank you so much for volunteering to take the photo of Harry's headstone and the one of Ronald as well. I was briefly at Fort Bliss (a few days) before my deployment in 2010, but had no idea Harry was buried there. My family has seen much military service as well. I am an Army brat of sorts, my Dad retired Army. I served in the Navy Reserves, husband and sons in the Marines. One son is still serving. Thank you for your service as well in law enforcement.
|Teresa Niedecken Taylor||Thank You|
First, I would like to say, "Thank you"
I didn't know this existed until I was working on our Family tree. It was very thoughtful of you and I really appreciate what you've done. I would also like to Thank your Son for serving our country. May God Always Keep You and Your Family Blessed and Safe.
Once again Thank You

Another marvelous photo, thank you ever so much. I wish others who took photos for family members were as thoughtful. I can't tell you how many requests have come back with the headstone covered with dirt or grass and weeds or vital information cut off when it was cropped. I read your bio - We deeply thank You, Your husband and Your son for serving our country and putting themselves in harm's way for our freedom. We can never repay our gratitude!
What a great photo! Thank you so much... this is a wonderful thing you do, taking photos for far away family members who probably never see them otherwise. Thank you!

I have added the bio info to her Find-A-Grave memorial #71901685. Just curious, is she a relation? If so who are her parents? I am not sure if she is part of my line (usually when I am in a cemetery taking photos, especially in this area, I will take photos of headstones with any of my surnames and track them back later) I have done little work on my Brown ancestors. Thank you for yours and your family's service to our country!
