Retired researcher in medicine and public policy. No longer half as beautiful as in this 1941 photo. Married since 1964 to Valerie Jorgenson. We raised seven kids in the house that sits where the first cannon-shot of the Revolution landed. Only a couple of miles from Lexington Green. Now a full-time family history maven. Check out at commensa.net, if you care to, what I've Webbed over the past few years.|

Thank you Andy about John William Beesley # 66152522 I too do not see him on the Utah burial registry. All I see is his father, John Beesley # 123014 whom is buried in the Kaysville Cemetery.
I will bring this up to the creator of the findagrave site for John William Beesley.
Again thank you for helping me with my wife's family group sheet!

My pleasure. I was there to take a photo of another grave, and I always check the requests when I go. This one wasn't too far from mine. Without the reference to her husband, I never would have made the connection as the fourth face was blank. Happy hunting!
Thank you so much for the photo! My request was for a photo of what I was expecting to be the headstone for ViEtta Layton, my Grandma's Aunt that she never met because her Aunt died as a baby. I had no idea that her name was actually "Vinnetta" or that she had a sister named "Etta" buried with her. My Grandma's name was ViEtta. I always knew she was named after her Aunt that died as a baby, but didn't realize there were two babies. Obviously my Grandma's name ended up being a mix of both of her Aunts, that is so special to learn!
Were they twins I wonder? Why does the name "Etta" not have a birth date? Does that mean she was still born and the other sister lived a few days? Crazy! Just a question though...the name posted on top of the grave photo (even there are no markers) is Vietta not Vinnetta or Etta, I think that a mistake. Thanks so much for the photo!
