I am working on maintaining Middlesex (Map), Essex (Map) and Suffolk (Map) counties in Massachusetts.|
If any information I enter is incorrect, you wish to add something, or would like a direct relative within four generations transferred just let me know. (per F.A.G. guidelines FAQ79) If requesting a transfer please make sure to say how you are related.
Please use the 'Edit' tab on the upper right hand corner of the memorial for any of the above requests. Thank-you.
This is Find A GRAVE. Please do not ask me to link to 'burial unknowns'. I will be more than happy to do so when the location is found. Take a moment to read FAQ146 regarding unknown burials.
In case you do not wish to read FAQ146 it states "Location of body unknown is used for recent deaths where the disposition is not currently known. Final disposition must be determined and updated within 30 days."

I reconfirmed with Lowell cemetery that in fact Mary D (Dewar) Kimball is buried there. I added the transcript from her parents headstone. Since it also confirms that she is buried in Lowell. I am sorry for the confusion and have made the corrections concerning her internment.

I found the death records for Lowell, Mass. She did die there. The record also states where she was buried. It definitely says Scotland. She was apparently returned to Scotland to be buried with her family. There are other Dewars in that cemetery. Might have been her wish being fulfilled by her husband.

Hi Denise, No I have not sent FindAGrave any notification. I didn't think that I could. It probably is better if you do it. Glad to be of help. My son lives across Rt 62 from Sleepy Hollow and just up the street from Old Burying ground - I love to walk and find graves when we visit. Let me know if I can be of help. Gerri

I see that you have the memorials for Charles and Sarah Bodwell in the Woodbine Cemetery. I am looking for their daughter, Jane's burial location. She was married to a John Durham Barnett on March 29, 1836 in Dracut, Mass. She was born on February 24, 1815 in Dracut. Her husband, John, Find A Grave#20264781, and Clementine and Mary, the children are buried in Woodbine. Any help that you can provide, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Ah, got it. I'll see if I can help out on this one by keeping an eye out at both cemeteries next time I am at either. I am in long walking distance to Heart and short drive to Fairview so easy to poke around either.
