I ran across findagrave several years ago, and as I have a love for history, and finding out what part my ancestors played in it.|
And have been continuing genealogical work began by my Grandfather Grant Anderson Pillow.
This gives my the opportunity to share with my extended family, the rich history that our family has shared in.
Everyone in the Memorial's that I have put up, or manage is related to me. And I am always willing to share what I find with any of my extended family.
Have a Great Day.

Hello! I belive this woman is my 3rd greatgrandmother. I am decended from her daughter Susan Flourneed Smith Sumners on my fathers side. I have looked for Susan's parents for many years and tho her father is established, I have had no luck with her mother. I know she was raised by her father Bryant Smith and her stepmother Mary. Any light you can shed on this would be so very much appreciated. You may contact me here or at
Thank you for your time.

Hello - thank you for replying. The easiest thing to do is have the memorials merged so no data is lost (hopefully). I have submitted a request for the two memorials to be merged. Hopefully within 30 days or so, it will be fixed.
Cemetery Walker is not/was not active for many years and thus his memorial sat unattended. This was before the new "edit system" was established which enables corrections to be sent no matter what.
I am no kin to Bertha. If & when I see that the merge has been done I will transfer her to you even though she is not within the required guidelines, if you would like to manage her memorial?

Thank you for the photos--plural!! Always cool to see the person as well as the memorial!
|Susan Bennett||RE: Aunt Lily Cater|
My apologies. It appears she may have confused her with Lillie Cater nee Nicholas, one of her grandfather's sisters. Thank you for the information, nonetheless.

Hi, just a note to say thanks for the extra information on our family tree. I am currently working on building my tree with the help of my 88-year-old grandmother, who fondly remembers your great grandmother, her "Aunt Lily." She says Aunt Lily had a kaleidoscope that she would let my grandmother play with.
My grandmother, Ruby Christine Wells nee Horton, is the daughter of Lena Horton nee Nicholas, who was the daughter of William Marvin Nicholas, who was your great grandmother's brother.

My sister and I walked the Bee Cemetery in Johnston Co, OK yesterday. On close inspection of the stone for Georgie it appears her death date is 9/23/1900 and not 9/8/1900. This would make sense if Baby Georgie was born on 9/18/1900. The stone is broken and laying sideways.
