My name is Tara, and I'm a disabled 911 dispatcher suffering from a vestibular disorder that causes problems with my hearing and balance. I try to do things that keep me busy but aren't in noisy or distracting environments. While researching my family genealogy, I was pleased to find this site. I have now filled many photo requests, and look forward to filling many more!
When my disability allows, I like to find small family cemeteries that have not yet been added here on Find a Grave. If possible, I will photograph and create memorials for every legible stone that I find in such a cemetery. If I have done this for one of your ancestors, please feel free to request management of their memorial. Send me a message including your member# and the memorial id#, to make for an easy transition.

 | RE: Eli Goodenough and family Thank you so much for the transfers. I am about as far from Vermont as you can get - Oregon. My great-grandfather, the son of Eli & Mandana, came to Oregon about 1876-77.
Thanks,

 | Humbert's at Mount Hope Cemetery Hello, I recently sent you photo requests for Cornelius and Mary C Humbert at Mount Hope cemetery in Huntington IN. There were three Humbert's in this row, another is Mary E. Humbert. I added her memorial and have trasfered her to you. As shown on the picture, she has the taller marker, inscription says wife of Josiah. There were no other Humbert's around these three. Good luck on your research. Take care...Connie Kline | | | Jan Bos from Nijmegen, Holland
 | Corporal Myron E. Carter Corporal Myron E. Carter was killed on 12 July 1943 during the invasion of Sicily. He was buried in the temporary American cemetery GELA in plot-grave A-5-52, date of burial was 22 July 1943.
I am writing a book about the GELA cemetery and would like to use the picture you took of his grave, can I get your permission to use the picture for my book, of course you will be credited.
If you are related, do you perhaps have his picture or any documentation

 | Thomas and Anna (Cutler) Parker Dear Tara,
Had you been at Short Cemetery in Calais, Vermont around the 4th of July you would have witnessed a happy victory dance and been hugged repeatedly which I now wish through cyber space to you! (((((((hugs)))))))
No one posting a family tree on Rootsweb knew where Thomas and Anna (CUTLER) PARKER, JR were buried. The people in Calais that we stopped to ask for direction to the Short Cemetery, didn't know. We persevered because of the information you posted to Find A Grave, and discovered it!
Such a joy! It also vindicates the handwritten family tree in the box of old photos my Dad gave me.
I did a PostEm at Rootsweb for Charles PARKER, whose research was the primary source of information about my PARKERs among the many PARKERs in America, pleased to help him a bit with Thomas.
I cannot thank you enough for your generosity in sharing your efforts on Find A Grave. More (((((((hugs)))))))

 | James and Rebeccah Hill James Hill (1761-1840) and Rebeccah Hill (1762-1843) are ancestors that are supposedly buried in the Enosburgh Center Cemetery. Would you have any information on them? or have a photo of their headstones? I did not see them listed in the internments. Maybe their headstones are missing?
Any information you have would be appreciated!
Sincerely, BobAdded by RoMoJo65 on May 28, 2011 10:01 PM | | | Barbara Robertson

 | Photo Request Thank you for filling the photo request for John R. James.
In the bio you listed "born VA, died Boone, h/o Ida (Holmes), f/o Mrs Drusilla Coddington of Boone and Mrs Anna Williams of Des Moines IA, from Boone News 12 Jul 1937". Is it possible that he was the f/o of Mrs. Amy Williams, not Anna Williams? Can you please double check that for me? Thank you so much. | | | Diane Nygaard
