Ferrells at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta
Hi Carol

I found Lawson Ferrell. With him was

Bessie G. Ferrell 1889 - 1935

Perhaps she was a first wife?

Would you please make a memorial page for her and then send a photo request so I can upload my photo? Thanks.

They are in Sec 30, Lot 10, Graves 1 and 2

Morning Carol,
I was "hurridly" filling requests for Tehuacana Cemetery in Limestone county when I "accidently" put fotos on her request for a woman named Mary Longbotham.
I had to remove those fotos and when I did, your request was also gone as the computer thinks that it was filled.
Please reinstate her request and I am sorry about that happening.
I am headed out for Austin and I tried to get the work done rather than have the requestors wait for me to return .... the mistake of rushing this stuff thru will -not- happen again.

Hi Carol,

The send button is very sensitive and if you left your finger on the button a second too long, it will create another site. Thank you for getting back to me. Have a good day!

RE: Eugene & Mary Rivers Marker Photos
Carol, You are welcome. I'm glad I could help. I have an aunt and uncle buried there. I always have my camera with me. I took several photos of graves around theirs, hoping it would help someone. I live in Belmont Co. Ohio, let me know if there is anything I can help you with in my area.

Reaty Barefield, Coolidge Cem.
Evening Carol,
I went back out there today to double check my work and discovered I had the male and female notations in the wrong place when I sent ya the note. Then I checked my original paperwork and found out that I had transposed the info, it was correct in my notes.
As to the buried marker for him, nope, not there.
I probed down about a foot and found nothing.
I will submit the fotos later tonight.

Reaty Barfield, Coolidge Cem.
Evening Carol,
I went over to Coolidge this morning and did a little research & this is what I uncovered.
There is a plot name stone with Jessie W. to the right & Ruth Yvonne to his right.
No markers to the left of the stone but there is a slight depression. I am one of the people who can identify buried human remains and I can tell ya that there is an Adult Female to his left.
Since this is a family plot, logic would dictate that the remains are that of Reaty.
Some people are suspicous of that ability but I can assure you, it is accurate.!!!
I did not want to post this information until I ran it by you first since you are the requestor.
Sorry to say there is no tombstone visible but when I get back from my trip, I will go back and probe to make sure that it is not covered by silt or wash dirt, then grown over. I forgot to do that today.
= = = =
I am leaving tonight for an out-of-town trip and will be back this weekend, this way you will have time to think about it and leave a message.
