I get a blessing for looking for family headstones and posting them on their family history pages. I am so glad that I am still able to do this and hope to do it until I can't walk anymore. | |

 | Hulda Ebling Hello Nancy,
I saw your post saying you had pictures of Hulda Ebling. She was my great grandmother. Donald is my grampa and Karen is my mom. In fact, I have her kitchen table sitting 10 feet from me now. Anyways, I'm wondering if you have time, if you might be able to scan the pics and send them to my email account. Thank you for your time and consideration.

 | Charles Waite Stone Thanks so much Nancy for taking a photo of Charles Waite's stone for me. It wasn't the one I'm looking for but may be related somehow. I so appreciate your time and effort!Added by Linda on Jul 21, 2012 4:07 PM | | | James Radzak

 | RE: William Cummiskey Nancy,
Thank you again for photographing this stone. I'm sure you have the right grave.
I thought William was buried on the grounds of a state mental hospital, so I'm surprised to find out that the cemetery is located on a prison property.
Do you know anything about the history of the graveyard itself? Has it always been a prison, or was it a mental hospital at some point? I suppose both are possibilities. I appreciate any insight you may have.

 | Stephen Harding I sure appreciate your looking for his marker. You walked the entire cemetery? Wow, I hope it at least was pretty outside. There might be another cemetery with a similar name. I'll see what I can find out. He could also be in a place where the stone is missing or there never was a stone. Do you have any idea how to contact whomever is in charge at this cemetery? Sometimes they have records and could let me know whether he is there or not. And then sometimes the records have gotten lost; no one is in "charge"; and sometimes there is absolutely no way to know. Thanks!Added by Alice on Mar 17, 2012 3:00 PM | | | Jeanne Stuemke

 | William J. Cummiskey Nancy,
I can't thank you enough for photographing William Cummiskey's stone. He is my first cousin twice removed. And, as I'm sure you are aware, he had a very difficult life.
I'm wondering as to the accuracy of my information. I have him listed as being in Section 689; S-20; R-1. Is he actually in Section 20, row 1, grave 689?
Could you provide a general description of the cemetery itself?
Thank you for your kindness. I appreciate your insights. Craig
