I have been taking headstone photos of family states from North Dakota to Pa. to Kansas to North Carolina for many years and adding to my Family. I am pleased to share any of my research with family.|
ON THE F.A.G. site, I have added hundreds of photos, cemeteries, missing dates.... and most important, added MAPS to help others locate cemeteries.. One problem is that many request photos to be taken, but there is NO location given or it is WRONG, making it difficult to help. A reliable MAP makes it so much easier.
I am more than happy to TRANSFER to a family member any memorial that I have added if they so request.
In following request, I find it a shame that so many old, and sometimes forgotten cemeteries are neglected, grown up in brush, weeds and even trees making it very difficult to photograph.
My wife, before she died last Feb, 2014, also enjoyed walking over cemeteries helping me look for headstones making it an unusual outing for us. We marveled at some unusual names epitaphs and designs.
I enjoy helping others by following up on request in my area as time and weather permit.
Thanks to all who help build this site.

Thank you Fred for the information. Sorry it has taken my so long to get back to you but our son has cancer. I have been staying with him at the UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. It is two hours away. It has been a long struggle for him. He will get well because our God answers prayers.

Thanks for the grave stone photo.
Thanks, Fred, for again finding a gravestone for me. You're our connection in the Rocky Mount and Nash County area.
Thank you for adding the Pollard family grave photos from Pineview Cemetery. I really appreciate your doing so!

I requested a FindAGrave photo of her grave several months ago, but no reply. Is there anyway
you could take a photo and put on FindAGrave for me. Her husband was Obed Carter but he is buried with his second wife. Sarah or Susan Ann Batts Carter 1849-1876. I hope she does have a stone.

Hello again, Fred --
Just wanted to thank you for photographing and posting grave marker photos for Ruth Crusenberry Baker Engle and Herschel J. "Abe" Engle. I've already added copies of those photos to their individual profiles on my Family Tree on Ancestry.com.
Anymore of my requests from Pineview Cemetery in
Rocky Mounty that you can locate and photograph would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
