To all I have helped with photo requests: You're welcome! :)
When viewing memorials, always be sure to CHECK FOR CAPTIONS on attached news articles, photos, etc., by clicking on the picture. The captions are then below the photos. In my memorials and photos I post elsewhere, there's usually pertinent info there.

|Norman Groocock||Ruth E, Grawcock|
There are two different ladies
Ruth E. Klingler born 13.7.1914 at DeKalb, Indiana, died 22.3.1999 married to Theron Patrick Grawcock
Edna Ruth Chant born 13.6.1918 at Jackson, Michigan, died 25.8.1996 married to Kenneth Grawcock

Thank you for all the work you do. I'm not sure what families you take care of. So, my reason for contacting you is the mispelling of my uncles'(Godfather) grave stone. I realize you had nothing to do with it. His name was Gerald Sorg (1911-1988). His wife was Garnett Sorg (1904-1966). The grave stone has it spelled GEROLD when it should be GERALD. I should know because my middle name is Gerald.
If you can correct the link, at least, that would be great. Thank you, again, for all you do.

so the Mrs. John E. Hill entry in the online records, with the apparently transposed year date of 1887, is a duplicative mistake?
You have probably already figured out that the Mrs. John E. Hill, d. 1887, is Mrs. John E. Hill, sr. (aka Eliza Evans Hill).
So confusing with same names, limited data, etc.
Is that clear as mud? : ) Thanks!

this was a person who wrote a program to put all the records in springgrove.org and lakeviewcemetery.com (and planning on others when it was stopped). into findagrave.com . Problem is many of the records already existed which created duplicates. Also, year of death was the interment year which is different. Basically it made a mess. Autogravr was kicked off findagrave.com after this mess. (Findagrave.com needs to shut off mass uploads to prevent this from happening again.).

he is in the same place as his wife. I submitted the change. I can't make the change because he is "famous"
You really don't want to know who or what Autogravr is. It is the bane of my existence.

Thank you for noticing the "triplicate". I must REALLY have been having a bad day. LOL

My novice research skills have led me to a dead end and I'm not able to find any information about Thomas Loveless Crowe's (68765250) parents or siblings. You indicated that there was a reference in the 1850 Census but I've not had any luck locating a reference. Any advice or additional information you can provide would be most appreciated.
|PLowe||RE: UnKnown Hendrix|
Thank you, thank you for posting a picture of the Unknown Hendrix stone! It is completely covered up now as you will be able to see in a picture I just uploaded on William C. McKinley's memorial. The water tower is gone now, The stone on the right of William's stone in your picture on the Corning Cemetery page is gone now too, completely buried I guess. I'll go out there and see if we can find it now that I know about where it is. There are a few other stones knocked over near his stone and what appears to be four wheeler tracks all over the dead grass. Thanks again so much for replying and helping me to figure out where it is. My grandmother is 97 and it will mean a lot to her if I can find it.

thank you for the photo of unknown hendrix in corning cemetery.
I've been looking for the Unknown Hendrix in the Corning Cemetery. It's the unborn brother of my grandmother. She led to me Wm. McKinley's grave. He is kin to her also. The directions on the baby's memorial say it's adjacent to Wm. McKinley, but we could not find it. I'm wondering if you could tell me what direction it was in and about how far away. I took some pictures, but I'm unable to load them here for you. Thanks for any assistance.
