Bio and Links
Bio Photo I enjoy finding family members and memorials and have been working on a family tree started by my aunt for MOUTARDIER. You think it would be easy with such a rare name but I can't get past arrival in the United States. If you know any relatives, let me know.

**A distant cousin was leaving FAG and transferred a lot of memorials to me. I didn't ask for them but welcomed them. I'm easy going with transfers and I wanted to explain the big difference in numbers.**

Thanks for visiting and feel free to add me to your friends list! :)

William Henry Bullock
William Henry Bullock is the son of Eli Bullock and Charlotte Parks, who are buried in Meade County, Kentucky. William was first married to Ruth Sweeney on Nov. 7, 1882 in Meade County, but they later divorced. They had three children all born in Meade County:

Charlotte Ellen Bullock (Dec. 23, 1883 - March 1, 1955). She married Henry Briscoe Turner, who is buried in Meade County. Charlotte died in Davies County, but I have been unable to find a gravesite for her.

Isel Bartlett Bullock (Jan 6, 1886 - Feb 6, 1970). He and his wife Hallie McCoy are buried in Shelby County.

Cora Lee Helen Bullock (April 25, 1887 - June 30, 1942). She and her husband William Ellard are buried in Evansville, Indiana.

William's second marriage was to Nancy "Nannie" Harrison Sipes, the widow of David Allgood. Nancy and William were married on June 11, 1908 in Breckinridge County.

RE: obits and obit photos
I have deleted the photos per your request. My intent was to work together to create a memorial that truly honors the lives of these individuals. It is a shame that when creating a memorial you don't feel the need to add a bit about each person's life. But to each his/her own. We all contribute to Find A Grave for different reasons. Don't worry, I will no longer send you their obituaries.

Re: Louis Marin
I apologize, I jumped the gun with the edit...I thought you were asking me to change his surname from Marin back to Marincovich. Now I see you were requesting I edit the "Maiden" name feature on his memorial. I apologize. Please delete my prior messages on your wall. :-) Thank you...

Re: Louis Marin
This in my uncle, whom I was very close to. I am not going to edit his name because he didn't want to be remembered with that name. He changed it for a reason and that is the choice he made. I honored my uncle's wishes with his memorial by keeping the name he wanted. ---

Edna Burrus/Susie Burrus
Hi Glendora,

Oh my! I sure didn't mean for you to delete Edna, especially since you created the original and did the detective work, and especially since the cemetery listing has both Susie and Edna. We all work together on these memorials, and my main concern is accuracy.

The records I saw concerning Edna's daughter, Grace, all mention Edna Grace as her mother, as does a misspell of Edna in the 1900 census.

But her marriage record says Susie, and cemetery listing points to her as w/o Charles Burrus, but her daughter's death record mentions Charles and Edna.

I believe there will be some confusion in the future, so I believe I will list her as Edna with Susie as a nic in Find, and also request a photo.

You know what has occurred to me? Well, Susie did not seem to care for the name of Edna Grace and used Susie, so I wondered why she then proceeded to name her own daughter Edna Grace too (Grace's true name). Then it dawned on me ... she did not name her daughter.

I believe Susie died from birth complications. It only makes sense. Maybe one day I can turn up an exact death date for her and solve this mystery.

Thanks again, Glendora, for writing to the cemetery and going the extra mile,

PS: As mentioned, the daughter did not use Edna Grace either, and every record from 1910 census, to her marriage record, to her obit refers to her as Grace only. One more thing ... her eldest child was named Susan; I am guessing in remembrance of her mother.

Hi Glendora,

Thanks very much for emailing the cemetery. Hopefully they have additional details so the blanks can be filled in.

Have a good day ahead!
