RE: Estelle Marine Perry grave photo
Estelle is my Dad's oldest sister. I was unaware that she is the only one there alone. I know my dad is buried there somewhere around the fence. It has been years and years since I have been out there. The location is in a location that I am not comfortable being around. I have 3 more spaces out there that I wish to sell and keep putting off coming out there to talk to someone about selling them. I really need to do that soon.
Thank you for all the work that you do because it is greatly appreciated.

Whisenant & Moncrief
I am at a loss to explain the Moncrief connection to the Whisenants. John Whisenant's parents are buried in Shoal Creek Baptist Church cemetery as well as Harriet Lula Evans' parents. So they both grew up knowing each other. Lula's sisters were Mellie, Callie, and Bonnie Evans. Callie never married and her grave location is unknown. Mellie married Robert Lee Kytle. Bonnie died in 1895. John's sisters were Olley and Alice Whisenant. So the Laura E Moncrief is a mystery for she appears to be too old to be Johnís sister. It was a good exercise in research for it helped connect John to his parents.

RE: John Franklin Evans
Lula Harriet Evans (born Harriet Lula) was sister to John Franklin Evans (he never married). John lived his remaining years with John and Lula. My cousin and I do not know who Laura and Charles Moncrief are. They are more likely related somehow to John Whisenant. I'll do some research and let you know what I find. If it's a lot of info, I'll email it to you.

RE: John Franklin Evans
For the record, I found John Franklin Evans via a Billiongraves image, but that was it. I used census records where he lived with his sister and her husband John Whisenant to create his memorial. Your photo's gave the proof of his burial location and the family connections. Billiongraves charges a fee to see the adjacent graves. It's a free but not so free site. Thanks to you and people like you Findagrave will forever be the best program to use.

RE: John Franklin Evans
Thanks, now we don't have to wonder if she's there with family. She died the same year as Archie and he is in Decatur cemetery so she must be in Milledgeville, Baldwin County, GA. even though her residence was DeKalb.

John Franklin Evans
Thank you for John Evan's tombstone photo and his sister Lula Harriet Evans Whisenant's tombstone photo. While you were there did you see a tombstone for Callie N Evans nearby? Also, I have a request in for Lula's husband John Whisenant and her son Archie. Bill Wade.

RE: Aikens
Yes, Blanche was my grandfather's second wife. His 3rd wife was Murfee Lee Hill Aikens but I don't know where she is buried. I believe you have also supplied photos for my grandmother Julia Timm Aikens, my parents and sister. Thank you many times over!!! There is a request in for a photo of my great grandmother Ella Loring Aikens. There may be more Aikens at Westview that I don't know about, large family. My grandfather was one of ten children. Have a wonderful day!

Thank you so much for the photo of my grandfather's grave. Appreciate your work. The only name of yours that I see in common is Veal. One of my great grandmothers was a Veal married Boyer in Hancock County GA.

RE: Crofal Board
Bethel Cemetery: You're most welcome Joe. I recently visited Kentucky and made a trip to Bethel Cemetery and took photographs of all the headstones. It was a glorious sunny morning! I've been loading photographs of some of the same headstones that you'd taken photos of - only because it was nice and sunny. If you'd rather I didn't load duplicates, just let me know. . . and thanks again. I love it when we find those elusive long-lost relatives!
