We have learned that walking the cemeteries and taking photos are more accurate for adding data

I am happy to transfer if they are family. P,ease use edit tab for changes.

Four years ago we started using Find a Grave and just was out there looking for relatives. It is not a numbers game for me. It found us roaming around in cemeteries trying to locate my ancestors. We have been doing many memorials of people in many cemeteries. If you see someone that is your relative please ask for a transfer. We mostly have been in cemeteries in Webster Co, Hopkins Co Ky Recently we have been doing many Posey Co Indiana Cemeteries. I hope we can make a difference for people interested in locating their family. We long ago decided that inputting names from a book from libraries or other sources are subject to inaccuracy. You have to do the actual walking in the cemeteries to confirm dates and names and families. We take managing memorials seriously. If you want the memorials, you tacitly accept the responsibility of editing them.

We are currently working on our local cemeteries as so much needs to be done here.

My family lines are Foster , Egloff. Sanders
Lively ,Maag Huskey ,Cobb and Cates.

Thanks to my husband Milton Yuan for developing my family genealogy website I want to share the link with you www.webclad.com/genealogy It will link my family and ancestors and added pictures that have been collected and shared with anyone interested in the Foster/Egloff/Lively/Maag family

In the event that i am unable to continue to manage my memorials. I want my husband will manage my memorials.
Milton Yuan.

RE: Leonard Williams and brother Leslie
Hi!
I just found the connection today that I am related to Robin Williams, so I've been filling in some info. I live in Jackson Co., TN adjacent to Smith Co where his 2 x grt grandparents are buried. I sent links to their memorials. Someone has posted photos of them, but I don't have any photos of this line.
I'm still researching so I will send more edits if I find additional info. Looking for death record of Ellanora Williams, wife of Robert. I saw an Elnora Williams at Oak Hill who at first thought was her, but she died in 1920. Ellanora is still in the 1940 census so that disproves that theory. Still wonder who she is though.
Thanks for all!
Fay

Leonard Williams and brother Leslie
Hi Linda,
Leonard Williams and brother Leslie Williams are buried at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana. I gave you Leonard's memorial # 134303052 which should be all you need. The correction does not pertain to cemetery photographs. You put a copy of Leslie's burial card on Leonard's memorial. This simply needs to be removed from Leonard's memorial and placed on Leslie's memorial #134303063.
Thanks for all your good work,
Fay

RE: Carrier
Hi again!
I'm sorry I keep asking questions but I'm new at this. It seems that you are the one that have taken the picture of this grave for Simeon Carrier. I want to know how I can get a copy of this picture to add to my ancestry tree? Do you know how I can do this?
Thanks,
Beverly

John Wildeman & Elisabeth Wildeman
Hi Linda,
As you were the original owner (May 31, 2012) of these memorials, I am contacting you to ask that they be removed because they are duplicates of memorials that I originally created on June 28, 2002.

The memorials you created on May 31, 2012:
John Wildeman #91056353 - please delete
Elisabeth Wildeman #91059465 - please delete

The original memorials I created on Jun 28, 2002:
Johann Baptiste "John" Wildemann, Sr. #6553366
Elisabeth Soellner Wildemann #6553429

Thanks.

Cordially,
Dan Convery #46800076

re: our meeting
Good morning Linda. It was a pleasure meeting you and your husband yesterday. Would love to meet you all again some time. It's a shame that some are not listed. When I do a request me or my granddaughter check the back of the headstone just in case the wife/ husband are there. I am working on section E and some have memorial pages , but I also found a few who only did the men and not the wife. All in all out of 35 graves in that section I am making memorial pages for 12, at least they will have one now. as will those like you that take the photos to help those who are searching for their love one's. Glad you all made it home safe and sound. I will be back out there Monday, my granddaughter over looked one in section. The lady that I am helping sends me so many a week but is going by the alphabet and she is up to the "J' s ".I also do other requests as well.

It's a hot humid day here 88. Stay cool my new friend. I have a on line friend from genealogy who lives in Evansville in a retirement apt complex but she doesn't do Find A Grave.

Again I am glad that I had the pleasure of meeting you all. Have a great day. Going to work on my German line or try to.

Sandy

RE: Johnson island
Hello Linda

As you can see from the photos of the different views of the whole cemetery, there is a lot of empty space. I made memorials for several there but some were already made. In fact, there are 7 memorials created for this cemetery that is actually in another cemetery, so there are even less than is listed.

Could you please tell me what memorial you created? I can't find any with Linda Y listed as creator.

Thank you
