One of our many RV trips searching for ancestors. We have researched family for over 50 years and are now entering family information on Find a Grave.|
A good genealogist gathers information from reliable sources and does not assume data that is entered on line is correct. It is amazing how many make up things for the sake of filling in a blank. Everything that is entered is copied daily by the search engines and many think this makes it official.
A Birth Certificate, media or family history, will tell that a person was BORN ... A Death Certificate, a memorial, or family history, will tell that he or she have DIED ... but a picture, a story, an obituary – or memorialization via FindAGrave, will tell you what is most important, which is, that they have LIVED. from Adriana

Thank you very much for putting that wonderful bio of him on his Find A Grave page! It really makes people come alive that way!

I'm sorry I missed the edit email. It seems my email has decided to filter some, but not all, Find-A-Grave correspondence into my spam folder. I need to keep a closer eye on it. I've transferred Garrett Kirk Beene's memorial over to you. I'm sorry for the delay!!

I apologize for taking so long to get this memorial transferred to you. I have gone back to work full-time and haven't visited this site in a while. I have transferred it to you now. Again, I am so sorry for the delay.
Thank you, Don. I'm relieved to know about Nora. I'm thankful she's better, and thankful it wasn't Kim with heart problems.

Just after I wrote to you and went for my hair appointment, there was a note on the beauty shop door from Peggy: "Family illness. Closed today." That is the last I've heard. I feel like either Nora or Kim is ill. Nora is my age, so nothing would surprise me, and of course Kim has had serious health problems in the past. Thanks for writing.
