Bio and Links
Bio Photo Family research has been a part of my life for over 30 years. I do volunteer work at the LDS Family History Center located in my neighborhood even though I am not Mormon. I call myself the gentile librarian. I live on the west side of Houston in Katy. I was born in Waco, Texas and go there every few months to be with family. Many of my family members are buried in the Robinson Cemetery south of Waco going back to my great-great-grandmother. Growing up in Robinson, a farming community at the time, was a wonderful experience.

At the age of fifteen my parents and I moved to Texarkana, Texas. I completed high school and junior college in Texarkana. While attending UT my parents moved back to Robinson. I did six months of active duty in the Marine Corps and five and a half years in the reserve program. After completing the six months active duty, I moved to Houston, TX to seek my fortune. I would have to say my wife, children and grandchildren are my fortune. I am happily married and retired and have eight grandchildren which add joy to my life. If you think I can help you, feel free to contact me.

If you have any corrections or additions to a memorial, please let me know. If you would like for me to transfer a memorial, please let me know.

RE: Photo of grave marker (Coy Kitchen)
You are very welcome. I've had the photo for several years but never checked the names on it versus the memorials in Glendale. Your request sparked me to do it, finally. Thanks for the nudge I needed to get it done. By the way, that section of Glendale (083-E) only has the communal monument and one other headstone, one for Dorothy Millican. She is also listed on the communal monument and it looks like her headstone may have been added at a later date.

when they came to Indiana with William pauley his is my 5th great grandfather.

RE: Photo of grave of Jose Seversky

I have moved the photo as you have requested.

I will continue to look for Jose's resting place, and will post it asap.

RE: Keziah Alexander
Thanks, Bob, I'll do that. Mildred said she got the dates from the Presbyterian Cem. records, but that they didn't know exactly where the grave was located. But maybe someone can find a marker if it exists. It's worth a try! BTW, Keziah had some Hague descendants, too. But you probably already know that.

RE: Keziah Alexander
Thanks, Bob! I'm going to go ahead and change the first name to Keziah on the page, but will add a note to the page indicating that it was originally called "Kizar". I've been corresponding with our cousin Mildred about this grandmother and she agrees that because of the dates it is probably Keziah.

I would like to pick up your photo requests but Sparkman Hillcrest (SH) does not like to provide burial locations to volunteers, citing privacy issues. Your cooperation is needed in order for requests to be filled. The volunteers will need you to call SH and request the location. Their phone number is 214-363-5401. Once you have the location, please add it to your request. Thanks.
