I met your challenge and got it done. Hard to wade thru the tall grass and weeds, but it was worth it.

Your welcome. Sorry it is broken like that though. I looked around for the top part but the office must have it in the shed. If I can ID it, maybe they can have it repaired.

LoL! My nephew took that in 2002 and it has been sitting here on the shelf. Jenifer Joy invited me to come shoot pix at Fernwood on the 18th for international Find a Grave Day - so I looked over the requests and there you were. I figured I'd dust of the CD and plug away some of my relatives stones... I always seem to get to my people last! John is my Great Grandmother, Lizzie Schaffer's Uncle. Will have to see if any of the crypt lid is still visible on the 18th. Best - rob

Glad you enjoyed the pictures Bill!

Hi Bill. I found Hannah's headstone, but the inscription has completely separated and fallen to the ground. I know it is her because I went onto Ancestry.com and put Josiah's name in under Family Trees. Josiah and Hannah's headstone pictures are there on each of their pages. The stones are not chipped at all and are legible. Judging from the backgrounds in these pictures, I know that Hannah is buried to the right of Josiah. I will post her headstone. As for the writing at the bottom on Josiah's stone, I will edit his page to include the inscription. Some of it is chipped off, so use your imagination! Joan S.

Hi Bill. I couldn't find Josiah's wife. I'm going back there next week and I'll check again. I'll also take a picture of the bottom of Josiah's stone that has the poem on it. As you can see parts of the stone have come off - I hope all of the poem is intact. Joan S.
