I enjoy genealogy but also wandering cemeteries and taking pictures.|
I do my best to read the information from the stones as accurately as possible, but there may be mistakes - so please do not hesitate to send me corrections or additions to memorials. I will go back more than once to make sure the picture is good and clear. I think this site offers a huge and wonderful resource and I enjoy helping with the research.
Please see the instructions to create virtual cemeteries to add your relations to for easy access.
Please remember to include the memorial numbers or send information updates through the specific memorials. Thank you!

|wayneslyhouse||RE: Almond H, Abby & Emerson Coleman|
Thanks for getting back with me. I went back and looked at the death date for Almond H in the Hubbardston town records and it clearly is 8/16. I think noting the difference between the actual and the gravestone would be good.
I also checked both the birth and death records, and the 1860 U.S. Census. All spell it with two e's. Again, a note acknowledging that would be helpful.
Finally, yes I have a unnamed child b and d 15 May 1841. That's probably the one noted at the bottom of Almond H's stone. I've always thought this unnamed child was Oliver's twin because they were born on the same day.
Again, many thanks for your help on these.

Some info about these three: Almond H b 11 Jun 1845, d 16 Aug 1845, both at Hubbardston; Abby b 15 Jun 1844, d 3 Jun 1861, both at Hubbardston; and Emerson b 26 Feb 1853, d 10 Jun 1861, both at Hubbardston. Thanks for your help.

Almon was b 11 Mar 1813 at Hubbardston, while his wife Betsy was b 2 Feb 1811 at Templeton, in case you'd like to add this information to their memorial pages. Thanks,

Thanks a bunch. I'll reach out to the person who owns Lucius' memorial and ask them to make the link.

I'd like to share some info so that you can link some more folks together when you have a chance. Joel P. Coleman was b 8 Apr 1816 at Hubbardston, and d 8 Dec 1887 at Gardner. You show him buried in Coldbrook Cemetery at Barre MA.
Abigail K, his first wife, is at memorial #88728255, and Joel's and Abigail's son Lucius is at memorial #88728448.
Laura E, Joel's second wife, is at memorial #83019265
Thanks for your help.
|wayneslyhouse||Rebecca (Clark) Coleman|
I haven't done much research on her parents, but from what little I've gathered, it looks like her parents on Lt. Stephen and Eunice (Clark) Clark, memorial numbers 83696877 and 83696850.
A bit more info about Rebecca: her maiden name was Clark and she was born 3 Nov 1793 at Medway MA, the daughter of Stephen and Eunice (____) Clark.
