Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am 80 years old (2013) and I believe that everyone should have a memorial at Find A Grave.
This sight is extremely important. I live in the Kansas City area and have walked many cemeteries.
My wife and I have seen to it that all our ancestors are on this sight and that they have a gravestone.
I would rather walk a cemetery than go to a ballgame. My health is preventing me from doing this however but I'll continue as long as I can.
Ancestry.com has my tree of over 8000 names. It is listed as Kansas Tracy's. I welcome any questions and further information for our memorials.

Hazel F. Tracy Peery
Hi Don,

Thank you so much for the information for Hazel F. Peery! It is such a wonderful moment when you can connect someone with their family. I have also connected Hazel with her husband, Herbert Peery and their daughter, Jeanine M. Peery. I had not noticed before that father and daughter passed away on the same day. And, on behalf of so many...thank you so very much for all of your greatly appreciated efforts in contributing memorials to this wonderful website.

With Much Gratitude and Kindest Regards,
Kim Fairchild

RE: Evergreen cemetery
Thanks. I found the reference that Samuel Northup was originally buried on the farm of Alonzo Judd and also that he served in War of 1812. The references I've seen to "Old Town cemetery" came from ancestry.com records, so maybe they just didn't know the correct cemetery name.

I think Samuel & Waity Northup were my husband's ggggg grandparents since they're shown as the parents of Freelove Northup (wife of Robert Rathbun).

Evergreen cemetery
I wondered if "Old Town Cemetery in Otego" and "Evergreen cemetery" are the same cemetery?

I have a reference that says Samuel Northup/Northrup's grave was moved in 1975 to Old Town cemetery to make room for a freeway.
