I live in Nebraska and recently took over the Genealogy torch from my grandmother. I have had numerous people take photos of cemetery stones for me and I thought I would like to do the same for others. My wife Cindy helps to take photos and enter names.
GREAT JOB to all who have spent hours adding memorials, walking cemeteries, locating grave sites, and photographing cemeteries so the rest of us can see the final resting place of our relatives for the first time!
If you have not read the FAQs, please take the time to do so. They are in place to make it easier for everyone to enjoy the site. Please follow this Find A Grave rule --> "Please limit the number of "Suggest a correction" requests you send to an individual contributor to no more than 20 per week."
DUPLICATES: I do not make duplicate memorials on purpose (see FAQ on duplicates), but sometimes they just happen; and I will delete mine as soon as notified. Please do not ask me to delete my older memorial because you didn't spend the time to see if one was already created. I am sorry your memorial may have more information, pictures, etc., but these are Find-A-Grave rules.
TRANSFERS: With any findagrave memorial that I maintain, if you are a closer relative than I, I will transfer. If I have no connection and you have some connection (even friendship), I will transfer. Send a transfer request using "Suggest a Correction" under the "Edit" tab on the memorial page. Send a request for each memorial that you want.
CORRECTIONS and ADDITIONS If you find any erroneous information or broken links, please let me know so we can correct those too. If you want us to add links, please put the memorial number in your request.PLEASE make requests through the EDIT button in top right corner of memorial and the "Suggest a Correction" option.
