Feel free to use any photos that I have taken. If you want to note my name and give me credit, it is very much appreciated.|
My current project is Woodland Cemetery in Las Vegas. Big thanks to Miracle Mile Tim for recommending this project. With in excess of 24,000 burial plots, Woodlawn may take 2-3 years to complete all memorials with obituaries and genealogical data. It appears that approximately 1,000 gravesites may be unidentified (have no markers). Further investigation has shown that numerous listed Woodland burials are at either Bunker Eden Vale or Palm Desert nearby.
Also photographed all markers in Bunker Eden Vale to determine proper burial location. Have entered approx. 97% of those burials.
Continuing to research the 1,000+ older memorials entered that have no gravestones. Once Eden Vale and Palm Desert are done then will focus back on remaining Woodlawn.
Thanks for all the assistance and additional information folks have been providing.

Thank you for all you do to preserve our families memory.
Would you consider transferring management for Eugene Chavez # 128500738 and his wife Mary Chavez # 128500844 to me? They are my aunt and uncle.

Could you please help me find where I went astray.
Good luck with your Woodland Cemetery project. My current project is 4,000 graves. It is slow going but the results are very satisfying.
Would you be willing to transfer management of my great aunt and uncle over to me? There were Ada nee Brensinger (94939931) and Clair Riegel (98829607).
Thanks for all your work
|Bobbie Scott||124024234 Carl Julius Utecht|
Carl Utecht has the wrong mother on his memorial, which is my fault I'm sure. My ancestors are Utechts and Plagens on my dad's side. I was trying to link all the Plagens kids and Utecht kids with their parents and missed up two of them (that's all I know for sure right now).
Carl Utecht's mother is Emily Lueck Utecht (memorial 97611641), who was married to Joseph Utecht. I have put an edit thru on July 25-26th and so far no correction has been done.
Is this something you might consider fixing as you created it and I messed it up? I would appreciate it then I can print them out and add to my book.
|CEvans||June E. Welborn|
Last month I informed you that this is my mother's gravesite and that it is located in Arizona and not in Nevada, as it says on her memorial page. Would you please see that this is corrected. The information for my father, William S. Welborn, is correct and is what should be on my mother's memorial page. Please let me know if there is a problem in doing this. Thank you.

|Joyce Bowers||James Long Mem.#113690748|
My name is Joyce (Long)Bowers. The James Long of this page was my father.. In 2011 I created a Memorial page for him. But here is the problem. His given name was Simpson Napoleon Long. For some reason following the divorce with his first wife he began to use the name James Long, which is the name I knew him by. (I was born in 1942).. He continued to use this name until his death in 1971. The Long family that knew him as Napoleon look for him by that name. (And there are a lot of them.) The family after 1930 look for James Long. I have added the following NOTE: to the memorial page I created (Mem. #67279603), to try and solve this problem.
Note: Simpson's given name was Simpson Napoleon Long. He went by this name until about 1930 when he started going by James Long. A Find a Grave page showing him as James Long can be found at Memorial # 113690748..
I was wondering if you would mind putting a note like this in your memorial page for James putting in his Simpson Mem. #67279603. This is the only way I know of to solve the problem. If you can think of a better way please let me know.. Thanks.. Joyce Bowers

|D Kelly||Link individual's memorial to parents|
Jeff, you created a memorial #122326467 for Catherine M Hitt. She is my cousin. You created memorials for her parents, Kathleen Rita Kuhles memorial #124520817, and Henry Burton Kuhles #124521658. Can you link my cousin to her parents?
Your attention is greatly appreciated & thank you in advance!

|Paul Huntress||Ollie Lee Munkus Henderson|
Thank you for taking the photos of the Ollie Lee Munkus Henderson and her husband Ed Henderson gravestones at Woodlawn Cemetery.
I have been researching her family for years without finding much. Because you took the time and effort to take that photo I have made a break through on that stone wall I had.
