|I am a descendant of 17th century Delaware settlers John and Frances Grubb, through Curtis and Hannah Grubb of Cornwall, Pennsylvania, and Jehu and Elizabeth Grubb of Stark County, Ohio. Thanks to Curtis I am a member of the SAR. After years "back east", my wife and I retired to Prescott, AZ.|
I have become a researcher for this Grubb family and have decided to locate or create memorials for family grave sites, add biographies and link them together as best I can with the help of the administrators. I think Find-A-Grave is an excellent way to memorialize historical people who might otherwise be forgotten.
My goal is, for any descendant of John and Frances Grubb with a Find-A-Grave memorial, the visitor to the memorial will be able to follow the parental links back through the generations to John and Frances. This should help visitors find the grave sites of other family members and gain some family history in the process. To that end, my virtual cemeteries contain memorials for family members I have identified, without regard to who administers them.
I would welcome any information about grave sites of family members descended from John and Frances Grubb.
Most of the information I use or add to memorials can be credited to "The Grubb Family of Grubb's Landing, Delaware" by David N. Grubb, and is used with permission.

I was wondering if you could transfer him to me. I have a very long and interesting story to type into his obituary. My member number is 47099775. Thanks for considering.

I sent an email to you regarding Dr. Grubb. I am from Calhoun, Tennessee where he is buried.
PS I am going on a brief camping trip for a few days, starting later today. But I am taking my laptop with me. I will try to stay in touch.

Hi, Lynn - Are you still active in your Grubb research? I have some exciting news for you. I found some important members of your family for you.
I am willing to do transfers, but I think we should work on them together just a bit, as I may have found more children for one of your important family members.

Your memorial is a duplicate! Please delete! Thank you!

I was by today, and took a photo of Rose's side too for her memorial.
I live in a house that used to belong to a later police chief, Roy Thompson. He's in Standing Rock too.

Thanks for the tip about having the wrong last name for Ona. I've corrected and added some census info for the family. Side note: I see you have a memorial for Firman Grubb, but when I walked by the stone the other day I noticed it's actually spelled "Firmin" on his marker. You can see it in the photo too. I'll try to remember to keep an eye out for those last two Grubbs who don't yet have photos.

When I took a picture of the Firman Grubb headstone, I noticed his son Harold's marker, and took a pic of that too, and added a record for him. Hope you don't mind!

Please send the bio and I will gladly add it.
