|Margaret Gagliardi||RE: Eleanor Thacker|
I am not related to Eleanor, but am working on the Thacker family which is part of my dau-in-law's line. I research everyone, so when I come across information I include it and always try to update Find A Grave.
I personally have a Salmon family who were in Columbia Co, NY and I have have the oldest member being born in New Hampshire about 1775, but have not worked this side in a while.
I work a lot on ancestry, so may have been census or other docs. If you are doing research on this family, please feel free to email me. firstname.lastname@example.org.

Thanks so much and thanks for all you do!

Thank you, Diane, for making the memorial for Walter and for adding his gravestone photo. He married my grandfather's niece. I am just now learning about his family.
I would like to ask for your permission to use that photo (and others you may have taken of gravestones of my ancestors) in my family tree on ancestry.com. Because the photographer has a copyright for each photo, I always ask before using a photo on another web site. I will, of course, put your name as the photographer and the web site of the memorial(s) as the source.
Thank you for considering my request,

I saw your photo and stared at it a long time. Almost looks like "helmer" rather than Heimer but but don't know who else it could be. I'm content with the photo placement at this time. It's sad the marker is so melted though...
Thanks for your hard work!
You were looking for where you could find an 1848 Chicopee marriage record for Patrick Troy. If you Google: Mass Archives Vital Records search screen, that website will be listed, usually first. On the website, enter Patrick Troy and the marriage year and it will give you the Name, Town, Years, Volume, and Page where the record may be found. If you send a request with the full information to Massachusetts Archives, 220 Morrissey Blvd., Boston, MA 02125, they will send a photocopy and bill you for $0.50. You can also send your request via email to: email@example.com You may submit up to five requests at a time. Check out the Mass Archives Vital Records search for births, deaths and marriages between 1841-1910. It's a great resource!
