Bio and Links
Bio Photo We have learned that walking the cemeteries and taking photos are more accurate for adding data

I am happy to transfer if they are family. P,ease use edit tab for changes.

Four years ago we started using Find a Grave and just was out there looking for relatives. It is not a numbers game for me. It found us roaming around in cemeteries trying to locate my ancestors. We have been doing many memorials of people in many cemeteries. If you see someone that is your relative please ask for a transfer. We mostly have been in cemeteries in Webster Co, Hopkins Co Ky Recently we have been doing many Posey Co Indiana Cemeteries. I hope we can make a difference for people interested in locating their family. We long ago decided that inputting names from a book from libraries or other sources are subject to inaccuracy. You have to do the actual walking in the cemeteries to confirm dates and names and families. We take managing memorials seriously. If you want the memorials, you tacitly accept the responsibility of editing them.

My family lines are Foster , Egloff. Sanders
Lively ,Maag Huskey ,Cobb and Cates.

Thanks to my husband Milton Yuan for developing my family genealogy website I want to share the link with you www.webclad.com/genealogy It will link my family and ancestors and added pictures that have been collected and shared with anyone interested in the Foster/Egloff/Lively/Maag family

In the event that i am unable to continue to manage my memorials. I want my husband will manage my memorials.

Denu
Hi Linda, Albert J Denu 144229594 and Gilbert Denu 142912354 are half-brothers. Thanks for adding Albert's memorial. I am not sure yet who Mildred Denu 144229672 is. Do you have a photo that shows her entire grave marker? That might help me identify her. Thanks! Deb

RE: michael Wright
Iím sorry it took me so long to write back to you. I wrote to the news station and asked them if we could use the article, or at least put a link to it on Michaelís memorial. They never wrote back, so, I just wrote something. Iíll send it to you as an edit. I understand completely about you not being able leave the article on his memorial; I just hope mine is good enough.

As you can probably guess from my virtual cemeteries I have an interest in veterans. My 5th great grandfather was in the Revolutionary war, until he was kidnapped by Indians. My 4th great uncle was in the Civil War, my 2nd great uncle was in World War I, and one of my grandpas was in World War II. I would gladly put a flower on your memorials, but I might wait until Memorial Day and put something nice on them. Last year I wrote a poem to put on the memorials of the veterans in my family, because I couldnít find anything that I liked. I hope I can find something this year because Iím not very poetic.

Hope you are having a good day.

Arthur Stanley Pitman
Thank you for taking the photographs of the tombstone for Arthur Stanley Pitman; who is buried at Saint Augustine National Cemetery in Saint Augustine, Florida.

Linda, it is thanks to individuals like you; who volunteer their time to bring ancestors closer together, even if it is only through a photograph of their final resting place. This will help future generations in our family to know a little more about their ancestor. ~ with appreciation, George Gaston

RE: Leonard Williams and brother Leslie
Hi!
I just found the connection today that I am related to Robin Williams, so I've been filling in some info. I live in Jackson Co., TN adjacent to Smith Co where his 2 x grt grandparents are buried. I sent links to their memorials. Someone has posted photos of them, but I don't have any photos of this line.
I'm still researching so I will send more edits if I find additional info. Looking for death record of Ellanora Williams, wife of Robert. I saw an Elnora Williams at Oak Hill who at first thought was her, but she died in 1920. Ellanora is still in the 1940 census so that disproves that theory. Still wonder who she is though.
Thanks for all!
Fay

RE: Helen Ward
I think Harvey Samuel 39409919 is a son of Dillis Ward, Same cemetery. It is so strange, my husband found Beecher's obit in a old paper yesterday afternoon and I was checking to see if the family was linked. I ran a census and found some were linked, I went back through the kitchen and heard the scanner go off with a 911 call to the Ward residence. This afternoon I see in the paper her obit. Gave me chills to know all that was going on. She was on her way to Heaven. She was a remarkable woman, smart, hardworking, I do not know all a thing she could not do and did it well.
Blessings
Anita

RE: Prudence
David Wilson "Dave" Oglesby and his wife Martha "Mattie" F. Whitledge
(both buried in Pride - Bordley Cem) had 11 children.
2 of the children are:
1) daughter Nola P. Oglesby who married Dearbra M. Timmons

2) Prudence "Prudy" Oglesby who was unmarried

Thus you have 2 sisters on the same marker
