As per Find a Grave rules: TRANSFER REQUESTS should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Please state your relationship when requesting a transfer. Please use the Suggest a Correction link to request a transfer. PLEASE PLEASE please, tell me your relationship or I will just delete your request. Thanks!
For you picture takers, directly quoted from the Findagrave FAQ's...
Please do not add photos to Find A Grave that you have acquired from another source. Photos fall under copyright protection laws, even photographs used in obituaries. In general, if you did not take the photo yourself, you should not post it. The only exceptions to this are photos that are old enough to have fallen into the public domain and photos for which you have received written consent from the copyright holder.
Please use the "Suggest a correction" feature to submit corrections, an original biography, and family links to memorials. Be sure to include the memorial ID#s for the family links and how they are related, father, mother or spouse. I will be happy to make corrections, provided the information is accurate.

I was looking at the Find A Grave for Gilbert Samuel McCreight.
It said his death was in Sycamore, Montgomery County, Kansas.
Should that not read Sycamore Twp., Butler County, Kansas?
His Obit says he died at his home in Sycamore Twp., 16 miles northeast of El Dorado.

HI Vonna, Just so happens today I have the SVC Burial Record book 1882-1913. On page 69, line 17 is listed an Eliza N Diefenderfer, born 21 Feb 1856 in Greenville, PA. Died 16 May 1912 and interred 18 May 1912 in Section H Lot 128. Parents are Thomas and Eliza Wasser. Burial permit was obtained by L F Diefenderfer. That section & lot # may help you to locate her.
Thank you for linking Pattie to her parents and for all of the good work that you have done with this and other families.

I was just curious if the stones could be in German? I did a walk through and only found the Beaver family. But that could be because most of the stones there are in German. I haven't been very good with my German since high school. :) I will keep looking though.
I was just curious if Peter had a son named Henry, who died very young. I found a Henry Beaver at the St. John's cemetery not far from where Peter was laid to rest. The death date looks like it might say May 3, 1854.I took a photo just in case, but I don't see him in the cemetery info. If you want me to make a memorial or if you would like to make one just let me know, I will post the photo for you. :)

Find yourself welcomed, Vonna...as whenever I can help you! Mr. Galles' parents, Herb/Hickum and Fern, also have a new marker so I put pix on their memorials as well...they are in the same section, but not close enough to see all graves at the same time. Hope you keep on having successful journeys on the FindAGrave trail ~ B:‹)
|Marcia Bryan Curtis||RE: John A. Johnson|
Harry Elmer Johnson, Sr, born 12 Apr 1893, Fayetteville, Cumberland Co, NC, He married and was divorced from Margaret Kugler. I found him last in 1942 on a WWII Draft Registration Card. He was 49, "single," and living in Philadelphia, PA.
Harry Elmer Johnson is no blood relation to me, but here is how we are connected: My Daddy was raised by his aunt's husband and lived in the same house in Richmond, VA where Harry Elmer Johnson lived and was listed as the nephew of my Daddy's Uncle by marriage. I have trying to figure out who this Harry Johnson is.
Thanks a bunch, Marcia
