Researching my ancestors and their descendants:|
Paternal: Kirby, Christoffersen, Follett, Niles, Morrill, Stokes, Hansen, Gibson, Woolf, Irons, Jorgensen.
Maternal: Hamilton, Hester, Jones, Owens, Chandler, Copeland, Bartlett, Orr, Mitchell and Judd (among others).
I've also created many memorials for unrelated people and total strangers including many from local cemeteries in New Mexico. If you want a transfer for any of these, let me know. Not really in it for the numbers but more of a public service. Its not about me but them.
My fathers side of the family are largely pioneers who joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mom's side were Baptists and Methodists and a few colorful characters from the southern United States.
I hope the legacy of my memorials will enable others to find and know their ancestors, to preserve our history and to honor those who have gone before us and made us who we are.
Thanks to the many photo volunteers, folks who have added details and links and others who have collaborated in this effort.
If you have corrections, additional information, pictures or would like to add links, let me know and your or I can add them to the memorials I have created.
You are free to use any photo I have added for person use or for family history.

Jay, thanks for creating a site for C.J. Fowler. I have been searching for some time to find his gravesite. Charles was my great aunt's husband and they loved to travel in Colorado and New Mexico. They were both chiropractors. He was a bit older than she was; when he died in Lordsburg, NM, she returned to their hometown, Belleville, IL where I got to know her well. I added one of the photos she gave me of Charles.
Jay, thank you for adding the info I sent you for the GASS memorials in Mountain View Cem at Lordsburg, NM.

Jay, I don't know the cemetery info for Toni. I could find out but think that at this time I will not pursue it. I'm new to Find A Grave and upon looking further into my Find A Grave family members I have found several missing and some inaccuracies on existing ones. It's a bit much to try to accomplish at this time so I will focus my attention on adding my grandmother, Lucibel Mitchell Ivy Manion and my mother, Anita Ivy Tatum to Find A Grave.
I see by your bio that you are related to the Mitchell's. The Owens and Jones come in through Georgianna Mitchell Owens and her daughter Susie Anna Owens Jones. I'm guessing they are your relatives. Is this correct? Daniel Parker Mitchell was my gr. gr. grandfather, Felix Emery Mitchell was my gr. grandfather, his daughter Lucibel Mitchell Ivy Manion was my grandmother and her daughter, Anita Ivy Tatum was my mother. Felix Emery's wife was Eudora Menville Mitchell.
If you have family photos I would be greatly interested in receiving them if you don't mind sharing. I would gladly make a photo cd for you of the family photos I have. Thanks, Jackie

John Henry and Mabel Mitchell had one child, daughter Elizabeth Antoinette "Toni" Mitchell Greb. Toni passed away Feb. 9, 2004 in Eagle Point, Oregon. Please add her to John Henry & Mabel Mitchell's memorials. Thank you.

You're welcome, Mr. Follett -- our privilege, and glad the photos came out okay as summer sun angles seem to be the worst to deal with.
|Kristal||RE: Joseph Lawson Photo|
