Born and live in NE Ohio. Have worked on genealogy since 1989. I started giving back in genealogy due to all the help I received from strangers. My family came from Bohemia (on my father's side) from 1867 to 1905 and settled in Cleveland. Most of this family is buried in Calvary cemetery in Cleveland. My mother's family arrived 1896-1902 coming from Galicia. They immigrated to Western Pennsylvania and were coal miners. My grandparents came to Cleveland about 1930 to make a better living than working in coal mines.I make trips to Calvary Cemetery on Miles Road (Cleveland) about 2-3 times per year. All Saints Cemetery (Northfield) maybe 5-6 times per year. I prefer to be given a section/plot location since some cemeteries limit the number of requests. This can be obtained by calling (found online) the cemetery/church or city of the cemetery. If they don't have the records, they can direct you to the place that holds the record. If you would like someone transferred to your management please go to their page and click "edit" then "Suggest any other correction or addition" and request transfer with your contributor number. If a person isn't related to me, I would be happy to transfer management. Thanks|

Jean, the data on the website for Cheney says he died January 19th, 1832, but the year on the tombstone is actually 1882, as is supported by newspaper reports of the accident that caused his death in the Thursday January 19, 1882 edition of The Democratic Press, Ravenna, Ohio, column 3. "death is expected every hour".

Thank you so much for taking photos of their graves. I greatly appreciate it. You saved me a 1,000 mile trip.

Hi, my husband is only a distant relative (no blood relation) - so there is no need to transfer. But thank you for the offer!

Hi , I called Maple Grove and yes she is buried there. so I am adding a memorial for her, and please can you put the photo on hers . I will put in a request. She is on the tall monument with Bennet and Samuel.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for the quick reply!
Those numbers are memorial identification numbers. If you copy and paste them into the "memorial number" search field in the main search page, they will take you to the memorials.
I can't use the edit function, because I don't know the correct info! There are three different memorials in three different cemeteries, all for the same person, each with a single photo of the same headstone. To correct it, two of the memorials need to be deleted, but I don't know which two. Since you took two of the photographs, I figured you'd been to the cemeteries, and you'd know which one was the actual location of the grave.
(I suppose it is possible that James Blair has identical headstones in three different cemeteries, but that seems pretty unlikely!)
