RE: Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery
You are quite welcome for the search. I only wish that I could have been more successful for you.
There are many unmarked graves there. There are broken stones in this cemetery and there are old markers that have not weathered well with time. Many of those old white marble markers can no longer be read at all. It's as if the inscriptions were wiped away.
I wish you well.

in the Sugar Camp Mtn Cemetery. I added a photo of the stone. I am adding the other names and photo's of the others with markers. Do you want me to transfer them to you? There are 12 or 13 other Massey's

Sorry for the delay in replying but sometimes life gets in the way :) I was truly glad to help and also, I enjoy working in cemeteries. Let me know if I can help you find someone else.

RE: Goforth Photos

I've uploaded the family stone photos for Leo, as well as a close-up of his name and dates.

I had walked past that stone a few times not realizing it was Ella and Ellmore. Then I recognized the years for Ellmore and realized he was E.L. I figure Sis must be Ella even though her birth years didn't exactly match - which happens sometimes.

Furman Lindsey family plot
While doing photos today of this family, I found the grave of Gloria Lorene Howell West in the family plot. I added her memorial and footstone pics. I know you made photo requests of everyone else in plot so thought you may know her. If you are a relative, I will gladly transfer. ~Angie~

RE: Frank Rector Cemetery

I've tried to reply a couple of times but the emails don't seem to be going through.

I'll make this one short. Last Saturday I surveyed the Frank Rector Cemetery and added over 20 new memorial pages.

You have written such kind words of appreciation. It is really quite a fulfilling experience for me and my daughter (my assistant, as she says).

RE: Goforths pictures
Hi Ann,

I'm online looking for the location of a cemetery in Marshall, NC and found a site that mentions Minnie Goforth. It reads that she was a witness to the location of some graves but I thought you might find it interesting. Below is part of the quote and the web address if you'd like to see it all.

"Jeff and Sophronia were buried side by side. When the church decided to add on to the church, they built over their grave sites as well as others. This is according to many people that attended the funerals of one or more of those that their grave sites were built over. Minnie Goforth attended both funerals and knew where Jeff and Sophronia were buried."
