I applaud everyone for their additions to Find A Grave. I have found a lot of burials on this site for family members. |
Please do not hesitate to leave me a message if you have something NICE to say about anyone. If you want to be unkind, please do not leave a message. I will delete it.
(quote above copied from DaveV)
Also, if I have added a photo you would like to have a copy of, feel free to copy from the memorial page. That is the reason I put it there.
The memorials I have added have been made to assist those who do genealogy. They are not intended to hurt or upset anyone. If one has been posted that you prefer does not appear, just kindly contact me and it will be removed immediately upon request. (love this quote from T M & M L)
HAVE A BLESSED DAY!
Sorry if it takes me a while to answer or accept your edits. I am NOT ignoring your requests, just not seeing them as often these days. I had to step back and take a break from Genealogy. Seems to be getting overwhelming again. I will get to them as soon as I can!

I'm friends with a grandson of Ernest Williamson and would like to find more information for him about his ancestry. Do you have a picture of the grave?
Thank you very much for your help. Sincerely Jutta.

I am managing "Geezer's" memorials and see you have suggested including Allen Lubkins' wife. Could you send the source so that I might add her. Thank you.

Wonderful and I certainly can understand. I don't know if there is a stone for Nora's husband but here is his obit that places him there:

He was a Ham Radio operator and retired project engineer with Shuron Inc. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by his family and friends. Here, also, is the son Wm. Patrick Riley:
AIKEN, SC - William Patrick "Pat" Riley, 52, a pharmacist with Kroger Pharmacy, died Friday in an Augusta, Ga., hospital. The funeral will be at 4 p.m. Monday in Folk Funeral Home in Williston. My cousin explained the 2 cemeteries in Barnwell that seem to be so similar in name.

I note the date of birth indicated on the death certificate as 1886, but the 1900 US Census for the family states a birth of September 1885. Do you have additional documentation on birth?

|Arabelle||Willene Williams Hancock #119858129|
I have posted the obituary you sent me and processed the edits you submitted for Willene. I am wondering if her mother is Lizzie Chalfinch Williams, and I have temporarily linked her as such. Please let me know either way, and I will update her memorial accordingly. Thanks! :)

Thank you for removing the death certificate copy.
So -- is 1850 or 1841 her birth year?
