Hello
i cannot say yes or no at the moment as we are travelling but will check the photos when we are back home. It will help a lot if you resend your question through edit tab on the memorial page - this will send an email for me with an instant link.
Kind regards
J&K

James Pinkerton Laird
Not only is the middle initial on this headstone in error, but the year of death seems to be also. The announcement of the death of Mr. Laird is to be found in the October 27, 1910, issue of the DeFuniak Herald, Page 1, Column 3. A cropped view can be sent upon request, which will show the date of the newspaper.

Hello from Alabama.Recently after taking pics at Elmwood Cemetery,I was setting up memorials and came across this little fellow.I did a little investigating of the marker inscription, and fortunately you had set up memorials for his parents.I linked them together.Just wanted you to know.Wasnt sure you were aware of him.Making those connections makes my day.Roger Miller

Memorial's
You did the memorials for Jacob Woolbright, his wife Verlinda and one of the dtrs.

I am doing the Rev. work for someone who wants to join our DAR chapter. She has son Daniel-who went to Lee Co., and his son Willis who died in the Civil War-from Terrell Co Ga.

Do you have any of the proof on Jacob, such as the Land Lottery proof, or his service, or proof of his marriage, will etc?

If you have anything that will help her, I'd appreciate it. I looked on ancestry-and on DAR. Ancestry has no proof and DAR had only two daughters that were used-no service mentioned, or nothing that would help, either.
Thanks, Gerry Hill- a Contributor here.
