My recent dive into my family's genealogy has led me to sign up as a volunteer photographer with Findagrave.com. My world changed the day I stood in a little graveyard in Middleborough, Massachusetts and saw three generations of Richmonds, my grandfathers and grandmothers, x2, x3, and x4. I hope that my photos help others feel the way I felt that day.
I will process suggested edits but time does not usually allow for me to list a note on every memorial, or even send a note of acknowledgment. I hope you understand, and I hope you all continue to send me edits, helping to refine the memorials that I set up.
My summer project in 2011 was documenting the three cemeteries on Long Island in Casco Bay, Maine while I was there on vacation for two weeks.
I have a legal background and a penchant for dressing up in historical costumes. In my spare time, I sing traditional songs of the British Isles in various pubs and places around Massachusetts. I perform for libraries, historical societies, museums and coffeehouses. See www.songsofthecolonialdays.com for more information.
thank you very much for the grave photos for Myrtle Rollings Ledig. Your time and effort are very much appreciated!
I have entered memorials for the five other persons on the stone and submitted photo requests for all of them. If you would like to fulfill those requests with the same photos, that would be wonderful.
Charles letourneau Thank you so much for the picture of the grave for Charles. Besides Charles, the grave has my great grandparents and several great aunts and Uncles. I am thrilled and appreciate it so much. Thank you again. Debbie
