Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a student at Marshall so I don't get into this much during school. I got interested in genealogy because there are so few people with my last name anymore.

If anyone has any idea where the Keck cemetery in Branchland, Lincoln Co., WV is, then please let me know. I've looked around the area its supposed to be according to this website and according to topo maps, but I still can't find it.

Feel free to use any pictures I've added

Daisy Burchett
Hello Josh! My name is Amber Hunt. Daisy Burchett was my grandmother's aunt. Her brother, George, was my great grandfather. I found the picture you added of Daisy's grave and was wondering if you had any information on her half sister, Lettie. The story in our family is that Joseph had a first wife named Sarah Dotson who disappeared when Lettie was very young. My grandmother grew up in that area and may be able to help you find the cemetery if you are still looking. My grandmother is Florence Jean (Burchett) Green.

RE: Hewlett Cemetery
Hi Josh!
Great to hear from you! Sorry so long in reply. I somehow missed your post!

We're kin.
I am also descended from Henry Birch Hewlett.
Are you on facebook? I have a fb page dedicated to his family. I will add you there!

The cemetery is a special place. I would love to meet you there, or give directions. (I even have an aerial photo if you need it!)

How do you descend from Henry Birch Hewlett?

Kecks in Elrod Cemetery
I photographed Philip Keck's headstone today. While I was there, I noticed numerous other Kecks. I also photographed them. When I returned home, I found that these Kecks were not even listed as being buried in this cemetery. I created memorial pages for them.

Would you consider transferring the following to me, they are my husbands gr-grands
Martin, Milton & Lillian

I feel your pain on looking for family cemeteries, I live in California and visit almost annually. I looked for 5 years for a Coyle Cemetery in Lawrence county. Finally found it last year, up a hill behind a house with no road. Best of luck with your search. Have you looked at Death Cert's? Sometimes they will put the road name on it if it's a family cemetery. That is how I finally found mine.

Anthony Luppino
In regard to your search for the grave of Anthony Luppino in the Spring Hill Cemetery, I am told by the cemetery curators that this grave was never marked. They supplied plot and section numbers of the burial plot and have his name on record as Toney Lupine, as does the "MSHA Annual report of Fatal Accidents for the year ending June 30, 1922." I am going to install a marker at this grave with this same information. Any further inquiries, feel free to contact me.

I have managed to get way behind on my Find A Grave requests and am trying to get caught up. Thanks for the photo of what might be Baby Boy Booth's marker.
