Glenn Spurlin
Brado Hanes
Judy, my name is Glenn Spurlin. I am a grandson of Brado Legusta Hanes and I am trying to find any information I can about his father. My mother was Betty A. Hanes, his youngest child. I saw his mothers name on the grave site record. Do you have any further information on his parents? Thanks, Glenn

Jesse Franklin Newell
Please add my grandfather to the Find a Grave data base. He is buried in Meigs Co. at the McInturff Cemetery. He died in 1950 and is buried near some of the other Newell family. He has a grave marker.

Thank you
Ann Duff

Samuel Jesse Price
Hi Judy,
I found your memorial for Lee A. Price, that is why I am writing to you.
Lee's brother Charles H. Price had a son Samuel Jesse Price. Samuel Jesse was married to my grandmother, Emma D. Keener, Mr. 20, 1927.
Jesse died Oct 31, 1969 and is buried in Iron Hill Cemetery. It appears that he is in an unmarked grave. I would like to see that he gets a headstone, but there are no cemetery records to show where he was buried.
I am writing to you in the hope that there may be a family member that may have memories of where Jesse was buried.
I thank you in advance for any ideas you may have.

Sarah Thornton
I believe she is my grandmother Sara Jane Bettie Dennie Thornton - Born 1863 in Chester County Tenn. Her 1st husband Aaron Dennie (1860-1888ish) was my grandfather. Her brother-in-law Henry Dennie (1862-1909) lived in Ennis Texas, Her sis-in-law Christina Dennie Garner lived in Texas but moved to Arkansas.
The last Census I knew of her was 1910 Census living in Graves County, Ky with her daughter Mackie Dennie Keeling (my mother).
In 1940 Census Sarah Thornton was married to William Thorton and a niece living with them. Her name was Nellie Ingle (b. 1914) Ingle was the maiden name of Sarah Jane Bettie Dennie. It seems this is likely a relative.
Thanks for any info you or anyone may have.
