I have been researching my family for over ten years. Within the US, the surnames I am following are BOCKIUS (PA & OH), BUCKIUS (OH), BRUMBACK (VA), and COPP (VA, TN & OH). Findagrave is a wonderful website because I can share family pictures and information here on the internet and I can at last see the final resting places of my ancestors across the US. All the FindaGrave volunteers have been so helpful---I really appreciate the help I've found on this website.|
The memorials that I manage are family-related; however, I will gladly transfer any to someone who is more closely related than I am. Please also contact me for additional family information, or if you have corrections or additions to the memorial.

|Kathleen Bond||Mary Faunce Buckius father|
Well, good luck!
I actually did have Mary B Faunce Buckius as Jacob Hill Faunce's daughter until I found her sister, Emma's, will. Emma had Mary listed as Mary Spain with a daughter named Helen. Threw my whole branch of that family into utter chaos!
The big problem with any of the Faunce's is that everyone seemed to name their children the same! And if one Faunce family had a Mary born in 1833, or whenever, everyone else who had a girl that year named them Mary.
If I find any more information, will definitely send it along.

You're welcome. I have linked Clarence to his mother, so you may want to edit her bio.

Dear Linda, The correct spelling is Beidler. It's a German name and in German the second vowel is the one that's pronounced (byd-ler). When families came to the US from Germany (and other countries as well), the original spelling of their surnames were often changed. My birth name, Stultz, is Stolz in German. That might explain the different spelling of Beidler in your genealogy book. All the best, Cousin Janice

Hi, Linda, In reading your bio I learned that you are a member of the Copp family. So am I! My great grandmother was Frances Copp Baker of Virginia. On her Find A Grave site I posted two beautiful photos of her. Kind regards, Cousin Janice

Dear Linda, I was pleased to see that you had created a site for my cousin Fred Beidler. If you would like to make his memorial more complete, you could add the sites of his parents Clara Baker Beidler (memorial # 51069116) and Charles C. Beidler (memorial # 51069115). Many thanks, Janice aka Tigress

Hi Linda, I sent you edits for Herman J Copp in Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton, Ohio. If you don't mind correcting his and Ruth's bio to the correct city of MIDDLETOWN and not Middleton. The location of death is correct as Middletown but the bio reads the incorrect spelling. I just don't want any confusion because their are cities of the same names in Ohio. Thank you very much. I appreciate all your contributions to find a grave!

It is a pleasure to transfer family members to those that care. If I am currently maintaining any other memorials of family members, even distant relations, let me know so that I may transfer them also.

Wow that's interesting about the same person having tombstones at 2 different cemeteries. I did have something similar happen where a husband and wife had a duel stone engraved with their birth dates. The wife died 1st and the death date was recorded. The husband remarried and when he and his 2nd wife died he was buried with her instead of his 1st. Take care and thanks for the info. Bill
