Philbeck Graves
John Thomas and Rhoda Philbeck were my GGG Grandparents. I believe you are saying their graves are a mile away from the current Hopewell Cemetery? I am so happy to see the pictures and the information on the gravestone. I am a descendant of the first child, James A. Filbeck. Not sure why there was a change by the first two sons on the spelling. Do you know who was responsible for the gravestone as I see it was put there in 1998 by the descendants. I would like to contact someone who was part of placing it there.
Thank you for any information you might have and especially the pictures.
