Thomas Hale-Memorial #70465713
Hi Bill,

I am researching the early Hale family and came across your Memorial for Thomas Hale.

I also have found a source that says he was buried in the St Martin Vintry, London, England.

I know that St Martin Vintry burned in 1666 in the Great London Fire.

Do you have any information on whether his remains were moved or is the source that I have found incorrect?

I look forward to your help.

Thank you,
MJ (Tilton) England

Do you have any information on his military service?

He's my 8th great grand uncle.

Donaldson photo requests Lakeview Eau Claire
We now have about 5 inches of combined snow and frozen rain on the ground and grave markers as of yesterday. With the temps below freezing, it is not likely I will be going out marker hunting until next year. Also, the names do not show up on the online city cemetery index. It is possible there are markers, but at that early date they are old and probably worn and difficult to read, if they have survived. It is a rather large cemetery. Do you know for sure they were buried there? and do you have an idea about where the markers may be located? Any clues would be appreciated. The cemetery has been walked by volunteers and most existing markers were photographed and posted. I suspect there may not be any for this couple.

Sarah Clark Beaman
Thank you very much for creating a memorial for Sarah Clark. Have I misunderstood the form that is standard on Find a Grave? I thought that the maiden name of a woman was to be in the middle in Italics and the married name used in the memorial.
When I found this grave, I questioned that I had the correct one, but I see that her spouse is listed as Gamaliel Beaman and the death date is the same, so I assume that this is correct. Perhaps it would help to include her maiden name.
Thanks again, for all that you do.
